We had an amazing time at Nat’s place. The location was perfect: easy walk to the beach and beautiful path along the cliffs. The description and pictures were exactly what we found upon arrival. Very clean and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay. Next time in Kaua’i, will definitely return and will recommend to family and friends. Nat was very responsive and helpful with precise instructions upon check in and out. Thank you Nat!!

Highly recommend staying here - it’s convenient, has great amenities, and is great for a couple! Jasmine was super responsive and helpful. We appreciated all of the little details to make our stay wonderful.

Joel is an excellent host and the home was perfect. Enjoyed every part of staying here. Perfect set up for our family, bedrooms with adjacent bathrooms including a really nice master white set up. Everything was well taken care of, the beach gear was a nice add and Joel was so gracious with extra efforts that made us feel welcome. Highly recommend, we will be back next year.

This place was lovely! Very cozy! Very short walk to the beach.. beach chairs.. lovely view! Close to all restaurants and shops. And Luisa responded vey quickly to everything.. thank you again!

Arthur's place was perfect for our week in Kapa'a! Cute & comfortable, walking distance to many things including restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacy. We found the pool to be quiet, located just outside the lanai! Arthur was helpful and responsive, we couldn't have asked for a better stay.

This was a perfect house for 3 adults and 2 kids! We loved all the beach gear ( including a small ice chest with ice packs in the freezer). The pool and hot tub was great to use after a beach day or rainy afternoon! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed! The bedroom with the 2 beds, got a little warm in the afternoons but there was a ceiling fan and 2 portable fans that worked great to keep us cool! Overall a fabulous house for our family!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Airbnb! The kitchen and living room are updated, beautiful and comfortable with everything we needed in the kitchen. The views out the sliding door and windows are great! You can see the ocean from the dinning area and the grass and tropical plants are beautiful too. The bedroom carpet could use an update (stained) and the AC was great to have but is loud. Like previous renters have commented, you can hear the neighbors walking upstairs, one night at 3:30am! But overall, it was a great stay for the week and we really appreciated Melissa’s restaurant & hiking recommendations. We loved both Ama and BarAcuda! Also, we made a reservation for Ha’ena State Park 30 days ahead like she suggested which we definitely needed to do to get spots on the shuttle bus to Ke’e beach and the Kalalau trail. Mahalo!🌴

What really stood out was Briana's outstanding communication — she responded promptly to all our questions, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. The resort itself was well-maintained, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view of sunrise. Spacious, well stocked condo. Appreciated welcome goody basket filled with Hawaiian treats. Make sure to read instructions on how to open door. The downstairs living area does not have AC. We were there in early January and it was bearable but I think we would have been too hot in summer. The bedrooms were very comfortable with portable AC units. Management had very good and clear communication. We were worried about the nearby construction but we only heard them one morning around 8 as we were getting ready to leave for the day so it never bothered us but if you want to sleep in on weekdays, it might bother you. There is a public trail out back but the lanai is higher so you only see the people when you are sitting outside. Lots of people hike by at sunrise and sunset to see the view you get from the lanai in your PJs! Overall great convenient location and would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Kauai! The location was perfect—close to popular attractions, beaches, and local dining, making it easy to explore the island. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was also incredibly welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to enjoy Kauai!

Great condo, great location and great amenities. We really enjoyed having all the beach gear available- 4 chairs, 2 umbrellas, cooler and boogie boards. We were able to visit 5 different beaches on Kauai, some more than once and we had a great time at each. I originally liked the idea of walking to the Poipu beach but we never did. It’s a short walk, but it’s hilly and there isn’t a sidewalk all the way down, but parking at Poipu beach was VERY easy and free, so we drove. The kitchen was well stocked with a good variety of cooking appliances and had several staples in the cupboard for general use. The pool and hot tub were nice for a late afternoon wind down and the path down to the water was really nice for viewing the sunset. Great condo on a great island. Would love to come back.

Wonderful place, wonderful stay! The weather was quite warm but the screen doors and windows meant we could keep plenty of airflow throughout the space. A bathroom per bedroom made this the perfect stay for two couples!

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! We had a fantastic stay at Angela’s place! She is an amazing host, responding to messages within minutes and making sure everything was perfect for our stay. The place was spotless, with all bathroom amenities provided and a clean, fully equipped kitchen. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the massage chair—it was absolutely heavenly after a long day! The location is also great, just a 10-minute walk to the beach, and the pools on-site were lovely. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! 🌟

We have stayed at Peter’s place several times and we love it. It is perfect for our family of 4. The walk out to the grass is awesome and the palm tree lined view of the Pacific is a dream. Kiahuna Plantation is safe and you can rent snorkel equipment and beach umbrellas for a daily or weekly price. There were two set of snorkels and masks in the unit so we only needed to rent fins. We will be back! Thank you!

We had a fabulous time, wanting for nothing! All of the cooking and serving ware we needed to cook and serve a nice meal was in the large kitchen. But when we didn’t feel like cooking we ate at the on site bar, we even had a meal delivered to us poolside thanks to their handy app! Speaking of the pool… plenty of beach towels were provided for use at the pool or beach. I It feels like everything we needed was there! Definitely will come back again!

Michael's place was just great. The views off the balcony were so wonderful. Great breeze comes through the area. The beach is just steps away. Pool area was kept spotless. Michael had beach chairs, umbrella, noodles and some snorkel gear. The condo was nicely appointed. Would stay there again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo in Kapa’a! The ocean view from the lanai was absolutely stunning — the perfect place to relax with a morning coffee or unwind at sunset. The condo is spacious, beautifully laid out, and equipped with everything we needed. The amenities were great , and the grounds are meticulously maintained, with lush landscaping that really adds to the Kauai vibe. There’s also a nice small beach just steps away, and close to a great walking path just north of the property. The location in Kapa’a couldn’t be better, centrally located, within walking distance to many places, and easy to explore the entire island of Kauai whether you're heading north or south. The hosts were wonderful to work with — responsive, helpful, and truly made us feel welcome. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Kauai!

L: can't ask for a better location to have Banyan Harbor Condo in Luhie as our home base to visit all sights and sounds of Kauai from the east to west and south to north shores L: can't ask for better amenities from inside the unit and out to parking spaces, pool and tennis court. L: can't ask for a better team operating the condo from the owner, concierge and other staff members We annually travel every year with only hotels as our primary accommodation but this primary stay in an airBnB condo changes our future plans. What a bonus to have seen 4 different cruise ships (one of which was the exact cruise ship we boarded for our carribean cruise years ago) docked in the harbor in close proximity of the condos He noho maika'i

Jolie & Stephen were superstars! Their communication was prompt and friendly, and they shared local recommendations that made our trip unforgettable. The check-in was seamless, and we felt right at home thanks to the thoughtfully stocked kitchen, beach supplies , washer/dryer, AC and other amenities. We will definitely be back!
