Vacation rentals in Knob Noster

This lake home exceeded our expectations. It is spacious inside - ideal for families with kids due to all of the twin beds. Accessing one of the king bedrooms requires that you walk through the other king bedroom. Perfect for me and my sister in law but might have been awkward for 2 couples. Our 4 teenage boys spent all day fishing off the dock and swimming. The home has multiple decks and plenty of nice chaise lounge chairs. This home has a cozy cabin feel inside and it has been updated nicely. We enjoyed cooking in the fully stocked kitchen and later relaxing on the huge comfortable couch. The WiFi works well and the smart tv and remotes were easy to navigate. We had one small issue at checkin but they handled it immediately and solved the problem within 1 hour. As we were driving home, my sister-in-law realized she had left her ring in the house. The host contacted the cleaning crew who found it under the bed. We were incredibly grateful!

Had a couple of issues during the stay, however Maria and her husband Zane were very responsive and made sure that we were taken care of. We were previous owners of the property. Zane and Maria have made many upgrades to the property in the last five years. If you stay during the week you will have beautiful calm water and a peaceful stay. Weekends get a little bit busier on the water, but still very nice. If you stay over a holiday weekend, or the Shootout weekend it gets a little rough on the water. Coconuts is within walking distance. A little pricey, and a little hectic on weekends (in season). However, there are plenty of good dinning options within a 20 to 30 minute drive, and shorter by water. Thanks to Zane and Maria for providing a great experience.

Sal was very responsive with my messages from the start! He never made me feel as if I was a bother when I had questions and he gave pretty clear instructions on his page before we got there about the rules, instructions for the house and where everything was. when we got there it was very clean and had everything you need besides a washer and dryer. he even contacted me day of with additional instructions and had restaurants and site sees listed for you in the cabin. He filt the fridge with waters and left coffee, creamers and sugars for us. My best friend and I rented the cabin for the weekend for my birthday and I don't regret it. The only down side was our trip was for fishing, and most of the bodies of water were to rocky in the area due to low water levels, too many ppl or too much wind which Sal was not responsible for lol. All in all I would rent it again or recommend anyone to his cabin that will be staying in the area!

David’s place was a perfect home for us to visit our daughter’s family in Pleasant Hill. The place matched the pics and was very comfortable. We will stay here again when we are in Pleasant Hill!

Beautiful house! Equipped with all essentials we needed. We stayed here to go off-roading and we were able to park 3 trailers. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing place! We had such a peaceful and relaxing weekend! They thought of absolutely everything!

This was such a beautiful house and the hosts were amazing. They were so responsive and even sent recommendations for local fireworks shows. We had a hiccup setting off the smoke alarms and they hopped right in the car to help us get them turned off. And bonus points brought there new little puppy for us to see! The neighbors down at the dock were awesome and we truly had such an amazing time. The house was perfect for our group of 6. We will certainly come back.

Edward went the extra mile to assist us with a late arrival due the severe weather on our trip. The house is very well maintained and in immaculate condition. The bed was comfortable, sheets are very soft and the bathroom towels were the softest we had ever experienced. The property is tucked back and hard to find after dark but we managed to locate the address sign with a flashlight (keep going past the private drive sign for another 75-100 feet) to the circular drive). The internet was fast, large and small appliances are available to use and in good condition. Just need to bring yourself, your clothes and food to prepare if eating in and jugs of water (can obtain at local store in Laurie) if you use the coffee maker as the well water is hard. The stay was enjoyable.
