This was one of the best places we have stayed mainly because the staff were so lovely to us. The village has lots of excellent restaurants. All only round the corner. Best we enjoyed with kids were The Beach Village, Rustic House, Moms kitchen, Minhs kitchen, Little tailors two doors away recommended. I’m sure there a many more places we didn’t get a chance to also enjoy. Na-Huy restaurant was our fave. Lam and her team made us delicious breakfasts and had lots of tips for our stay. Lam accommodated our request for bikes and even found a smaller bike for our son. The villa itself is situated in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood and was really comfortable and private. Very clean with comfy beds. Mosquito nets over four poster beds came it really handy but we didn’t see any mosquitoes in the villa. Just liked them! The pool is great. The kids loved it. We especially enjoyed sitting by it at night after Lam’s staff put the garden lights on. The beach is a short walk away from the villa.

We really enjoyed Brian's spacious flat. The pool and billiards area is stylish and attractive, a wonderful place to hang out. It was partially open to the outside but provided indoor privacy as well. The same can be said of the foyer outside the living room. It's nice to have some non air conditioned spaces for cooler days. The Kitchen, living room and bedrooms are all air conditioned, spacious and luxurious, several with balconies. The showers are huge and superb. The immediate surroundings can seem a bit scruffy, as this area is experiencing a good deal of development, but the neighborhood is actually quite lively and charming and less impacted by tourism. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. You're just steps from the bay at the base of Son Tra, with its dazzling array of fishing boats. Finally, Brian provides two bicycles that we used everyday to explore Danang. Really, we had a great time at this flat and weren't ready to leave when our stay was up.

This place is truly wonderful, even more beautiful than the images. It's a real haven outside the busyness of Hoi An. We were two families of four with kids aged 7-10 and it was perfect for us. The kids loved the pool, which is a great depth and was warm enough for them to play in for hours. The location of the villa is incredible -- a few steps from an amazing beach cafe with incredible fresh food and just a few more steps onto a lovely, peaceful beach. Lots of swimming, wave jumping and sand castle making. We loved our five days here, it was so chilled and relaxing and the hosts were amazing helping us out with recommendations and transport. I can't recommend this place enough, one of our best Airbnb stays.

We felt super comfortable from arrival. Cloe greeted us warmly in front of the villa and showed us everything. The premises are beautiful and just like in the photos. Everything was clean and maintained. Cloe was always very helpful and even accompanied us to the doctor, as we needed a vaccination. The housekeeper and cook were super friendly and fulfilled every wish for you. The breakfast is very tasty and I really recommend it to everyone. There was always something to laugh with the staff. Cleo was super hospitable and invited us all to dinner with the neighbors. The food was very tasty :) The location of the villa is good. The beach is within walking distance. To the old town to hoi on, you can take a taxi. The cost for the taxi is very low. Danang is also easily accessible by taxi. There are good getaways nearby. The villa is highly recommended and we will come back again:)

The house is really beautiful and private, my family had a wonderful weekend night at Khue's house. She is very friendly and supported us very well during our stay. Because it is a private house, you will be given a key. Everything is clean, the swimming pool is also very nice.

Very nice room with all amenities! Quality materials! Very comfortable bed. Beautiful rooftop pool for swimming with views! Close to everything and the sea a few steps away or by scooter! I recommend this place to stay. The photos of the room do not necessarily match the one you will have. It all depends on availability.

We were a group of 7 and stayed 4 nights. It was a beautiful villa and we had a lovely stay! There were always personnel on the premises: although they weren’t English speakers, we communicated easily via Google Translate. Check-in was smooth and the rooms were clean and comfortable. There were lots of spaces for us to hang out as a group. At first glance, the villa seems located off the beaten but the area gets quite lively in the evenings. It’s either a long walk into town or a short taxi ride. However, a few things to note. Music from the park next door played well into the morning. The sound was quite muted, sensitive guests wore ear plugs (provided by the villa). The villa is also right next to a construction site. The work starts in the early morning and ends around 5pm. We were out most of the day so it barely affected us. Finally, the drainage in the bathrooms in the top two rooms emitted a terrible smell: keep the door shut. Despite these hiccups, a great overall experience!

Ha is very friendly and proactive. He forgotten bottled water and we had exhausted our shampoo sachets and he immediately sent them over, without delay. He went to pick and send my family from airport too. Super grateful and comfortable with his hospitality!

I book late the host is very quick and enthusiastic. Villa in a quiet neighborhood 5 minutes ride from the sea. Will come back when coming to Da Nang.

This place is a gem. We had a great stay at La Maison Cabane with our young kids. The home is super comfortable and Huong and Kim Anh made us feel so at home and cared for. The beds were comfy and home was comfortable for all of us. We loved breakfast each morning! It was always great! The beach was a bit chilly during our visit but we still made the most of it. Loved being able to walk to dinner at a different really great spot each night. Quick Grab ride to Hoi An proper and easy to arrange all of our activities through Huong. Thanks for everything!

I absolutely loved this place. It’s spacious, a lot of light, a nice view of the river. It’s clean and comfortable. The internet is very fast. The host is incredibly helpful and friendly and responds very promptly. I highly recommend.

It's exactly what it looks like in the actual pics. The water quality of the pool was also very good. And the host was very responsive. I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and I had a good stay in a very quiet place comfortably. Above all, it was nice that it was a bit far from the city center. It is not a structure on the second and third floors, but a first-floor structure, so it was nice to be able to share a lot of things such as communication and stories with my companions.

We loved our stay at Járdin, the place was lovely, comfortable and squeaky clean. It was lovely to just sit out in the garden in the morning and evening. The beach is just a few minutes walk from the house. Special thanks to the manager, Trinh who helped us out with recommendations, arranged for our taxi and went out of her way to help me post my postcards which I could not do myself due to paucity of time. I wish I had not changed my booking from 3 days to 2 days since we ended up staying for more days than we originally planned and would have loved to continue staying at Járdin for the remainder of the trip. I would definitely recommend staying at Járdin.

We really enjoyed our month-long stay at Nhi’s place in the Mi An district of Da Nang. The studio was spacious (though listed as a 1-bedroom), and the kitchen was well-equipped with enough utensils to comfortably prepare simple meals. The addition of a dishwasher made things even more convenient for a longer stay. Weekly cleaning was a nice touch and helped keep everything fresh. The location was also great — just about a 15-minute walk from the heart of the Mi An area. Nhi was an excellent host: super responsive, helpful, and thoughtful. For example, when we mentioned that the original pan didn’t quite meet our needs, she promptly brought us a brand new one. That kind of care really made a difference. All in all, a very comfortable stay. We’d happily return!

Perfect place! The views are amazing, see the sea and the city, stunning views. The place is close to the beach and has everything you need. Close to everything! Would highly recommend!
