Our villa was great, it had everything we needed and the private pool was brilliant for our children. We had plenty of space and the rooms stayed nice and cool. The free breakfast also had a really good variety of Vietnamese and western cuisine. Our room was cleaned daily & our laundry was also done which is such a lovely touch. All of the staff and Bao are very friendly & helpful- I highly recommend this villa for a stay in Hoi an.

My stay was very positive. The complex is fantastic, great for relaxing and enjoying a beautiful villa with a private pool immersed in silence and relaxation. Thank You! Your villa is great/everything was excellent! 1. Location. The villa is a part of a closed resort (outside people can get to the beach buying separate tickets). There are not a lot of authentic restaurants in walking distance (there are 2 places, but You will probably want something outside), there are taxis ready. There are some shops and fruit markets in walking distance on the main street next to the complex. The villa is right next to the beach 1min. (beach is clean and well taken care of). We were super happy with it because the beach was excellent and territory was secure and well maintained. 2. The villa. Excellent villa - everything modern and new. (We did not know that cleaning each 2nd day is included in the price and were positively surprised. You have Your private pool + there is large complex pool and free gym 3. Host. Easy to communicate and all was smooth If I ever return, I will try to get the same villa. Thank You host!

The Anh is one of the favorite people we've met in Vietnam so far. It is a matter of the heart for his guests to feel comfortable and at home. He helped us rent a motorcycle for the loop (which was really great!) and would also have helped with the transfer booking for the onward journey afterwards, but unfortunately we had already booked ourselves. The food that conjures up his nephew is absolutely delicious and the price for it is fair. The accommodations are lovingly handcrafted in the midst of nature. We would stay here again anytime! Thank you so much for the very nice stay. 😍

My family and I, including our dog, really enjoyed staying at Shina and Christina's villa. They were so friendly, responsive to queries or issues, and gave great recommendations for places to eat and people to contact for different items such as motorbikes. We rented motorbikes which was perfect as the beach and the town area was about 5 minutes away by motorbike. The villa is private and the perfect size. Our check in and check out process went smoothly and the service was great! We loved it so much we stayed an extra day!

I had a small issue during my first night because it was new, and the owner personally came over to check the room. While inspecting, she also noticed that the air conditioning was making too much noise. To ensure my comfort, she immediately moved me to another room and even helped transfer my belongings. By the next morning, the issue was fully resolved, and I was able to move back to my original room, which had been cleaned thoroughly just as if it were being prepared for a new guest. The level of care and attention to detail truly impressed me. The host went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable, putting themselves in the customer’s shoes. If you ever have any concerns, just let her know—she’ll take care of it right away. Highly recommend this place for its exceptional service and hospitality!

Our stay at this Airbnb was truly amazing. The place was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to relax, and it was fully equipped with a complete list of amenities that made our stay comfortable and convenient. The staff managing the property was highly attentive, always ensuring that our needs were met promptly and with great hospitality. The rooms were not only generously sized but also cleaned meticulously every day, with fresh water replenished each morning. Additionally, arranging transportation was effortless, and the staff helped coordinate visits to local attractions, including Bà Nà Hills, making our experience even more seamless. My friends and I stayed here for four nights over the Christmas period, and we had a lovely time in this beautiful property. It was impeccably pristine, the hosts and house keeper would reply immediately and were so attentive, and the property itself is absolutely astounding. The location is a 15 minute drive from the Old Town and Grabs are readily available. We wished to extend for an additional night and the hosts allowed with no problem, even with very little notice. Simply cannot recommend this stay enough! Thank you so much for having us.

From start to finish, Loic and Hoa and the rest of the team looked after us and our four children staying with us super well. The house is beautiful, in a gorgeous peaceful location, with a lovely view of the paddy-fields exactly as pictured. The friendly team of lovely ladies cooked us a delicious fresh breakfast each morning and the hosts went above and beyond to provide food for our babies and children and help us out with things we needed. The only thing that was a little disappointing is that the fourth bedroom is not as pictured on the listing. The listing on 'where you will sleep' shows another picture of the master bedroom. The actual fourth room is downstairs and does not have a window. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The beds were comfy, the kitchen and bar was incredibly well stocked. We definitely hope to return!

Cannot say enough great things about our stay! From timely communication prior to arrival to upmost attention to making our stay absolutely perfect while we were there. I have to particularly thank Nga and Hien for taking exceptional care of my family. They are truly gems. We celebrated our wedding anniversary while in Nha Trang and they went FAR above and beyond to make it extra special. The breakfasts were spectacular! We loved the outdoor space and the pool stayed a perfect temperature throughout the day. I would not hesitate to book with Venity Villa in the future!

Ha is very friendly and proactive. He forgotten bottled water and we had exhausted our shampoo sachets and he immediately sent them over, without delay. He went to pick and send my family from airport too. Super grateful and comfortable with his hospitality!

We absolutely adored our stay here. The location is so lovely, along the river, very walkable with friendly locals. Great little shop for basics just up the laneway, and Breeze for dinner was a lovely experience. The breakfasts at the villa are so delicious, and everyone we encountered were friendly and helpful. The villa itself is beautiful, very comfortable, and so relaxing. Mark was a wonderfully accommodating host, helping us with transfers, massages, laundry and perfect recommendations. Exceeded our expectations, wouldn’t not hesitate to recommend.

Was perfect for a large group! All rooms were nice and had TVs aircons and private bathrooms. Amazing price for the stay. Only thing I wished were that there was more than one gate key considering it moving in a large group of people.

Fantastic location for exploring a new city. The host gave us excellent suggestions for dining and activities. She was very kind, and had excellent communication.

We stayed at Phuong's place for two nights. She is friendly and always responsive before, during and even after the stay. Always care about her guests. The apartment is situated in an old building. Near to the local markets and restaurants. The whole apartment had been renovated. The rooms are clean, the apartment is equipped with the shampoo and hair dryer. Don't forget to take a nice photo in the apartment. There is a instagr-able corner-the bath tub. Thanks to Phuong, I highly recommend this place.

Staying at Thuy’s home was a relaxing and restorative experience. We felt immediately at ease amongst the rice fields slowly being harvested throughout our stay. We were consistently wowed by the contemporary interiors and ample social space (many hours spent in the pool away from the heat of the day). The bedrooms were generous and gave our small group time space away while the big central atrium was a brilliant way to call out to each other for a morning coffee. An Mỹ is only a short ride away from the centre of Hội An and offers a slower pace than the busy historic centre. There are great coffee places within a 2 minute bike ride (we loved Coffee Xóm Chiêu). Cycling along the rice paddies during the sunset was like being in a film; kites flying, water buffalo strolling the fields, and farmers bundling dried rice. We can’t wait to be back!

Had the most lovely stay here! the villa was so cool and the pool was perfect! the breakfast included was absolutely delicious and there were so many options! host was very accommodating and offered a clean throughout our stay! she is really very kind and made the experience so lovely! it feels lovely and secluded whilst being a perfect distance from the old town! highly highly recommended such good value for money 🌞

It was a 7-minute walk to My Khe Beach, and the accommodation was in a quiet place, so I was able to sleep comfortably in the evening. Comfortably from the free pick-up service to the accommodation It was so nice to be able to do everything. I want to use it again soon.
