Mt. View, 3 min. to SF Plaza, 25 min to ski.

MelindaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The house was perfect for our large family. We prefer to fix our own meals and the kitchen had plenty of space. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the pantry already had some of the things that we needed like olive oil or tomato sauce. The dining table was large enough to seat 9 comfortably. Lots of space for everyone to play games or just hang out, and in the evening deer would come into the back yard to graze. The large backyard and unpaved roads give you the feel of being in the country, but you are also really close to the main plaza so it's convenient. Eddie's instructions were clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend! Thank you Eddie for sharing your home and giving us wonderful memories.

Sunset Art House! 3 bed/3 bath with Grand Piano

KimRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Sunset Art House and her host are extraordinary. I was hesitant to stay outside of “downtown,” I’m so glad we did. After a full day of exploring, hiking, or shopping, the House called us home to unwind and hang with each other in an authentic New Mexico setting. The house is amazing - sunsets, walks, stars at night, even a tree filled with a flock of Cedar Wax Wings. Host is responsive and pleasant; house is wonderful; beds are comfy; kitchen is the ultimate gathering place and fully stocked. I would stay here over and over and over again.

Luxurious Santa Fe Home with Stunning Views!

NeftaliRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Many thanks to our friendly hosts. The house was just as described, one of the most beautiful properties nestled in the hills of Santa Fe but still close to town. The house and surrounding area is spectacular with amazing views from every room. The home was very clean and well stocked with towels, bedding, cooking necessities and even wood to make a cozy fire in the fireplace. The house was the perfect temperature inside with toasty heated floors and wood burning fireplace. Our hosts were proactive with making sure our stay was not only comfortable but memorable. Thank you to Michael and Carolina.

The owners are responsive, gracious, welcoming, and accommodating. We highly recommend this property and would love to return in the future for another stay. We could not have asked for a better experience and are grateful to David and Whitney for making us feel right at home.

Sunny & Well-Designed 3+ BR Home on 1 acre!

Xia MengRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a group of 5 friends and this house was the perfect dwelling for us! The open living space is great for everyone to hang out together. We flew in early, and the host accommodated us by letting us check in a early as well which was really nice. The views were amazing. I was a little worried about road noise, because one person had mentioned it in one of the reviews but we all found it to be quiet and peaceful. There is a road nearby, but not loud in our opinions, and we felt relaxed hanging out outside.

Home away from home.

NatashaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
If you're looking for a perfectly pristine place, this is not for you. BUT if you're looking to feel comfortable and at home with your family/friends, this is it! Jessie messaged me immediately after I paid for the house, and was quick to respond with my MANY messages during our stay. This was our first time in New Mexico, and we were blown away with the view from the front porch, it was almost better than the views on the drive in. There was 1 firm bed (master) and the others were all very plush, so it worked out perfectly for our team! We had a few team members over the 1st night we got in, and there was plenty of space for everyone to mingle and have fun. Having code locks on all of the bedroom doors gave plenty of privacy, and added extra security for a very cautious Momma. We have already agreed that if we go back, we will be staying again, as we were unable to explore as much as we wanted. Best part about this stay was the Easter Bunny being able to hide eggs in the backyard!!
