Hygge retreat house. Peaceful and serene. Family friendly. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a sweet package. They also had a high chair. The pictures really do not do this place justice. It was really spacious to accommodate our family of four. We are from Florida and wanted to find a place to connect and play in the snow and this place fit the bill perfectly. The kids slid down the hill in a sled then bounded in all covered in snow for a nice cup of hot chocolate made on the stove. This house feels like you are visiting your great aunt’s cabin in the mountains. It felt very private we didn’t see another human for the entire time we were there. Our slow sleepy mornings were spent cuddled underneath cozy blankets looking out the huge picture windows watching the snow fall on the beautiful view. You will not regret connecting with your family in this little slice of heaven.

This house is a real gem in western NY. A hiking friend and I needed a place for a weekend and it was in the perfect location. Their brewery is a stones throw walk to next door and we were delighted to talk to them behind the bar. The bedrooms were clean, comfortable. and homey. Great kitchen with all the amenities. Huge space downstairs for hanging out. Definitely would recommend!

The place was clean and tidy. The back porch looked out on a lovely, peaceful back yard. There was a fine county park within 5 minutes with good walking trails that host alerted me to with artwork by the bedroom door. I’d be happy to stay there my next time in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Michelle and Todd’s place! Todd greeted us when we arrived and was kind enough to help us with our things, especially since the area was snowed in—his help was truly appreciated. The cabin itself is absolutely beautiful: cozy, peaceful, and thoughtfully maintained. Michelle was always in contact and responded quickly whenever we reached out, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The location is serene and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet retreat hosted by kind and attentive people.
