A very nice house in a quiet subdivision. It is a close drive to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. Five of us adult males stayed there and were very comfortable. We enjoyed the full kitchen and the comfy living room. A good value for this area.

We love this area. The beach is an easy walk. So close to Publix, restaurants and other things to do. Parking available, daiquiri shop, bottle shop and pizza place make this the perfect beach rental!

This house was amazing for my family! We have a rather large family and it worked out very well to be able to spread our family into the two sides of the house. The beach was literally within sight and walking distance. It was quiet and peaceful just as we had hoped. Yet, you are within minutes of driving to whatever activities or shopping you wish. Amy our host was absolutely fantastic!!! She checked on us after checking in and was friendly and responsive to any questions we had! She rocks and so does their home! We absolutely would recommend her and this house if you are in the Emerald Isle area!!!! We will definitely come back!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Jeff's place. It was peaceful and quiet, and had everything we needed. The upgrades were very nice, too. Jeff was a great host and was very prompt and kind with responses. Will definitely be staying here again. Jeff, thank you so much!

We spent a beautiful weekend at Robin’s house and enjoyed everything that the house and surrounding area had to offer. The house setting is in a wonderful location with shaded decks and great views of coastal woodland, very peaceful atmosphere. The house had enough room for a large family and all things were provided for a great vacation. Short walk to pool or beach and all things needed for a great beach day. We would definitely stay again and recommend to all. 😎

Jeff is such a thoughtful and friendly host, his passion for what he does is clear when you visit his home. The snacks, little toiletries on the beds and the fun Polaroid wall are just some examples of how Jeff goes above and beyond most Airbnbs. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and had everything you needed for a perfect beach weekend. We would love to come back next time family is visiting.

We needed large home to accommodate our family for a large wedding in town. Dana’s house was perfect. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended.
