Monthly Rentals in Ilwaco

This tiny rental was perfectly appointed and clean. It's in an ugly little lot and doesn't have a view, but the lot is tidy and fenced and feels safe. We were so happy to find an affordable and comfortable place so close to the beach. Be aware, the mattress cover is very thick and too soft to be ideal for us. But it was forgiven, because the recliners are wonderful and even have massage built in.

"Bright" is an accurate descriptor for Nicole's place. Even the downstairs bedroom has plenty of windows for natural lighting and green space views, and the upstairs spaces are simply delightful - painted in lively colors, with interesting decor, and windows everywhere. It was like living in a super cozy, warm, well laid out and appointed tree house.

Jack was a wonderful host! The house was super cute and in a great location walkable to the beach, multiple restaurants, and a grocery store. Nice kitchen with everything you need to cook home made meals, having a washer and dryer was awesome, and the beds were super comfy! Being able to stay here with our pets made our move to the area go smoothly and we were able to find jobs and permanent housing while also being cozy in an actual house for a while. We had a wonderful stay! It felt very much like home. The hot tub is amazing. Nothing is left out here. TV and games, kitchenette with every small appliance needed, cozy dining table and chairs, comfortable day bed and king bed, very cool secret fort built in bunk beds, tree swing and playhouse on the green front lawn. There were some many amenities here, we couldn’t fully mention, and we didn’t even get around to using! Yes, the hot tub is amazing. This was a memorable experience.
