Super cute and nice place! Warning, the original pancake house that’s right below plays music 24 hours a day and it can be annoying at night

Great location. We could walk to everything we needed. Many restaurants nearby and within walking distance of Convention center and Arena. Apartment was very spacious and clean. Had minor issue with access but resolved promptly by a phone call. Appreciated having professional phone support. We enjoyed the pool table. Kitchen had what we needed and TV apps allowed us to watch NCAA tournament games on East coast. Overall I would recommend.

Jake’s Place was an absolute gem! From start to finish, the experience was smooth and welcoming. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive—always quick to reply and even followed up to make sure everything was going well during my stay. You can tell Jake really cares about creating a great experience for guests. The home itself was spotless, cozy, and exactly as pictured in the listing—no surprises, just comfort. It felt like a true home away from home. The neighborhood was lovely—safe and full of charm with great little restaurants, unique boutiques, and inspiring art spaces all within walking distance. Plus, being so close to a waterfall, river, and beautiful scenery made it feel like a peaceful retreat. I’d absolutely come back. Highly recommend! Rebekah

Beautiful and very clean space with everything I needed. The air system was a little tricky at first, but I finally figured it out. Very accessible to a conference I was attending at the Davenport Grand.

Great location in the heart of Spokane! Easy walking distance to many restaurants and bars. I needed something for business travel and the studio was perfect for my quick trip needs.

The apartment was terrific--a little hard to find, but understandable in a downtown area. Jake's instructions were impeccable. The location was terrific. The apartment was quiet and felt safe with wonderful big windows. Outside didn't feel as safe, but that is to be expected in most downtown areas these days.

Really close to convention center and anywhere from 5-15 min walk to a bunch of other great shops and eateries downtown. Street noise can be heard pretty clearly late at night and early morning from inside so if something like that would bother you, bring a noise machine. Beds were very comfortable.

Wonderful space! We felt right at home in this pristine home. The neighbors are friendly and neighborhood beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. Perfect for a family getaway. We would consider booking again when traveling to Spokane.

Jeff’s place was perfect for our ten family members to stay from multiple parts of the northwest that came into town for a family wedding.

Absolutely gorgeous cabin. Beautiful setting, peaceful atmosphere, and an amazing stay. It’s only about 10 minutes from downtown Whitefish and about a 50 minute drive to Glacier National Park. We had an amazing time and plan to return for another relaxing Montana vacation.

Second time staying in one of their locations, friendly, respectful, quick response. Comfortable beds and furniture. Very clean. No more than 20 minutes from grocery stores,restaurants, and activities.

This home is absolutely stunning and offers a wide range of amenities that perfectly accommodated our large group. The host was incredibly friendly and responded very quickly to any inquiries we had.

Jeffrey Always replied to my messages, which was great. We had a mixed group staying at his house. So with the bunk beds the kids enjoyed all hanging out together & the other rooms were prefect for the parents to stay in. Lord willing we will book with Jeffrey again when we return to Spokane. John

I cannot say enough fabulous things about this stay. This was my favorite AirBnB experience. Ever. Krys's carefully arranged, calm, clutter-free environment was a balm to my soul and a needed respite during a very challenging visit. The guest bathroom is amazing and the space is very separate from her living quarters. Krys is delightful and laid back. Sometimes we visited. Sometimes we kept to ourselves. If you are a contemplative soul, this is the place for you.
