A responsive host is pressured, he allowed me to check in earlier. + Everything matches the photos + Ararat view from the living room balcony + Good Value for money Cons can be neglected, but still: - the second bedroom is very small, literally a little bigger than the bed - there were only a few types of soap from hygiene products Overall, we are happy with the choice given that we booked half a day before arrival.

This place was absolutely fantastic! It had everything I needed and more - spotlessly clean, beautiful lighting, air conditioning, heated floors, and all the necessary appliances. The host was incredibly kind and responsive. The location is perfect, very close to the city center, with a supermarket and pharmacy right in the building. There’s also a 24/7 concierge, which made me feel super safe - 10/10! One of the best stays I’ve had in Yerevan. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great place in the very heart of Yerevan!

The apartment rooms are quite large, there were 4 of us plus a kid so it was plenty of space. There're shops, pharmacies, some good places to eat around and it's about 15 minutes ride to the city center on a taxi. One downside if you're travelling with a kid (with a stroller) the building has no elevator, but it's on the second floor so it's not too bad 😅

Nice house with a beautiful view, host Arshak was very responsive and helpful if there were any difficulties around the house. There are shops and public transport in 10-15 minutes walking distance.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was spotless and the furniture was not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable. The outdoor BBQ area was perfect for evening meals, and the view of the mountains was simply breathtaking. Every detail was thought of, and it made our stay so enjoyable. We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Grigor’s property in Dilijan with our group of three couples. Grigor was an exceptional host - always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with recommendations on places to visit and things to do in the area. The house itself was fantastic - immaculately clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The clear instructions to reach the property made it easy to find, even for first-time visitors to the area. Overall, a seamless and enjoyable experience. Absolutely stunning apartment in a perfect location with a direct view of the Cascade from the bedroom. Everything was exactly as described – luxurious, stylish, and beautifully equipped. Walking distance to all major attractions in central Yerevan. The host was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Apartment was very nice with all listed amenities in place. Vahan was very helpful and was present on our arrival and check out. He was also available on line for some of the doubts that we had regarding the kitchen amenities. All over he was a very good and nice host and our family stayed there very comfortable

We really liked the apartment. Each bedroom has its own spacious bathroom, and two of the rooms have large windows with city views. The apartment is well-equipped not just for a short stay, but for a longer one as well — it has everything from pots and pans to cleaning supplies. There’s also a washing machine, a large garment steamer, and an iron. The location is excellent — just a 3-minute walk to the Cascade: we was definitely in the center of the city, but in quite private and peaceful area. There were seven of us, and we did feel that the common area (guest room) could use more seating — a larger couch or a couple of armchairs would’ve been great. Overall, highly recommend this place!
