House vacation rentals in Hrazdan

We came in the middle of the night and Arpina was there to greet us. Whenever we needed something she or her mother responded right away. It’s close to corner grocery stores (literally a two minute walk away) and an easy walk to the Rio mall. Is simple to get taxis to the sights like Republic Square and Cascade Complex. We had 14 people (8 adults, 6 children—4 of whom are under 5) stay very comfortably. Only thing to watch out for with children is falling in the pool and if you have really little ones falling down the stairs. We kept careful watch though and everyone enjoyed.

Autumn is a beautiful house , spacious and stylish , there is absolutely everything for a comfortable stay . Everything was sparkling clean by the time we arrived . Very welcoming and welcoming host , responded quickly to all our requests and even gave us a bottle of great wine . We are very happy to have had memorable days with the whole family at this wonderful place . We warmly recommend it . We will definitely go back again )

Our stay at Arsen's place was one of the happiest in our long Airbnb history. I've put all the obvious/objective points in my ratings, but there is another thing on top of and in addition to everything else: the location. It's not bang in the city centre, which we didn't want anyway, and so it was completely quiet and at the same time gave us the opportunity for wonderful evening walks down the Cascade, and views of Ararat are great from this part of the city. So, as on our first trip to Yerevan, we didn't go for a more obvious super central location, and we were that much happier for it. Arsen has been a perfect host throughout our stay and we hope as many people as possible discover this for themselves.

It's not easy to describe our level of satisfaction with words. From the start to the end of our stay at this magical house everything worked out just perfectly fine and beyond our expectations. My family and I were extremely happy to stay there for 8 days and in the end, we didn't want to leave. It truly is a dream house. The massive and gorgeous garden has the most delicious fruits from apples to grapes and plums and many more. They don't use any chemicals and everything is organic there. We simply would walk down the garden and pick our favorite fruits and eat them. The beautiful and heated swimming pool was just amazing. We did swim during the day and also at night time. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the most relaxing spot to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee every morning. Every inch of the house is designed with love and passion with a traditional Armenian touch. Every room has its own unique feeling and the kitchen is perfectly equipped with anything you possibly need. We did barbecue almost everything night in the beautiful garden area right beside the pool. I can't emphasize enough how amazing of a place #Yerkirmylove is. I have to say the hosts and the staff were extra helpful and kind. They treated us like family and we couldn't believe how nice of a people they are. Every one of them are amazingly beautiful people. They even gave us an Armenian cellphone during our stay so we could easily have access to phone and internet everytime we went out in the city. To speak to an English speaking person all we had to do was press the speed dial and someone would answer in a second. If you're looking for a place to rejuvenate, relax and enjoy every single second of your time in Armenia, don't look further. This is it. I highly recommend.

We stayed at Liana’s place for a week. It was wonderful. They were helping us with flexible check in and check out. The place is 15 mins from Dilijan so very easy to commute for tourist attractions. Strongly recommended.

Ideal for those who need peace and serenity. The only thing you have to keep in mind until Yerevan is min. 30 minutes by car. Otherwise, a great accommodation! Very clean, large, BBQ, great garden, pool and and and. Everything you need. A true paradise! We felt very cozy with Karen. A huge thank you to the host: always very kind and extremely helpful. We had a great time at Anush's apartment. It is quiet, spacious, clean and offers a beautiful view of the garden and the city. Anush responded quickly and helped answer any questions that we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Note that the accommodation is located 15 minutes from the center with a climb, but that didn't bother us. We highly recommend this apartment!

The host is truly wonderful and helped us find a doctor for our sick child. She was always willing to respond to our questions and make our stay as pleasant as possible. The flat is comfortable and spacious. The area is quiet. 100% recommend.

Very beautiful house, hospitable owners. We had a great stay in this beautiful place.

Spacious accommodation, convenient lockbox system for late arrivals, airco available, very pleasant courtyard where we ate outside several times and cute garden that allows you to be quiet in the lively town of Yerevan. Rooms on the side of the streets a little noisy, on the other hand overlooking Mount Ararat on a clear day:-) Needs to have a car or take taxis to get around. Not too far from the airport. Very clean accommodation, responsive host, thank you to Karine.

Great option. The entrance to the house is straight from the garage. Check-in from Kalinin Street - on the map it is marked from Getapia Street, but there is only on foot. Convenient location: a couple of minutes walk to the park, in close proximity to shops and a couple of cafes, 10-15 minutes walk to the center of Dilijan. You can hear the river a little through the windows, for me it's a bonus. The house is large, it is clean, the kitchen has everything. The furniture is not the newest, but everything is clean, everything you need to eat. Very polite, helpful and helpful host. Overall a great experience.

This place was impeccable! The host, Gurgen was super responsive and accommodating. The house was clean, luxurious and safe. Bathrooms were clean with lots of toiletries. Kitchen had everything one needs for a nice getaway. I would highly recommend it for families who would like to spend quality time together.

Syuzanna must be the most responsive and kind host I’ve encountered. She accepted our late night emergency booking immediately and we had an extremely comfortable stay in her beautiful, modern apartment in historic Dilijan. When members of our party became unwell she very generously offered help and allowed us to stay on until the evening to allow time to recover before getting an airport taxi. Highly recommended. Our stay was great: very cool historic house and very clean overall, good balance between old and new. Location-wise it's on the main road so pretty convenient, but a little hard to spot so definitely needed some help from Angin which was very responsive. When we arrived there we no towels, but they were extremely fast in bringing them to us so no real issue there. Wi-fi worked well. Very pleasant stay, would recommend if you need some peace and quiet

Me and my family were very happy to stay at Devons place. It has great atmosphere, very special. Was great to meet his family, so good- hearted people and try the food of Anahit, just everything so warm. Thank you!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Mane’s house in Yerevan. The 2-story house, with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably fitted our family of 6 adults and a 5-year-old boy. One of the bedrooms had a lot of kids’ toys, and our child slept in that room and absolutely loved it. He also enjoyed playing outside. The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped. We also enjoyed the outdoor space - a high-fenced yard offering plenty of privacy. The outdoor dining area, mangal style grill, and the swing chair provided a perfect setting for relaxation. We even enjoyed late-season sweet grapes from the vine in the yard. Gated garage allowed us to park our minivan securely. The house is located a 10-15 minute drive from downtown, with grocery stores nearby. A small note: the road leading from the main road to the house is unpaved, curvy and a bit bumpy, but this didn’t detract from our experience. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend the house for anyone staying in Yerevan!

Armen made us feel like family ,his kindness and responsiveness was amazing . He never hesitated to respond to any of our needs day or night . The welcomed us with a delicious chocolate cake & fresh fruits on the table He often brought us fresh fruit & even gave a bottle of valuable Vodka to my husband as a gift . My husband is Lebanese Christian so he doesn’t speak Armenian but Armen being so educated was able to connect with him in English . Even his wife was so loving and attended to our needs beside her husband (because it was our first visit to Armenia we had a lot of questions LOL) The place in reality is far more beautiful than in the photos , new ,organized and clean . My husband and I would love to go back there for our next visit . I highly recommend it You want to feel you’re at Home? You will finally feel so at this beautiful place.
