The host was incredibly kind and accommodating. I made a mistake with my reservation, and she went out of her way to assist me. The place was impeccably clean and exceptionally comfortable.

We a lovely time in Yerevan, Sofia was a lovely host and she was very accommodating and understanding and helpful. Her house was perfectly located. The bed was very good and we had good sleep. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped too.

This was a great place to stay, it was very clean and Ara was a very good and responsive host. The city center is easily walkable from the apartment. There are also many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. I would definitely recommend this place!

Отдыхали в Ереване неделю и нам очень понравилось. Квартира чистая, свежий ремонт, есть все необходимое, в 3 минутах ходьбы есть магазин, обменник, рестораны и кафе с хорошим меню, винные бары. При желании можно прокатиться на метро, которое находится в 10 минутах ходьбы. С удовольствием приедем ещё

Stayed at Rita’s for around 45 days. Felt right at home. Amenities are complete. Heating is centralized so it’s comfortable. It’s also right at the center so almost everything is walking distance. The apartment itself is well interiored, spacious, and just generally like “home”. Rita is a great host, always helpful and available. Would love to come back!

Замечательный хозяин, очень внимательный, помог с несколькими дополнительными вопросами. Квартира отличная. Просторная, светлая. Вай-фай ловит неплохо, поставлено два роутера в кухне и одной из спален. Есть всё, что только нужно - и бытовая химия, и стиральный порошок, и множество посуды, и бытовая техника. Очень понравился тостер. На балконе столик и сушилка для белья. В доме есть охрана. Замок входной двери немного тугой, потребовалось время к нему привыкнуть. Рядом с квартирой вся инфраструктура: супермаркет в том же доме, аптека через дорогу. В пешей доступности торговый центр. Чистота безупречная. Белоснежное выглаженное постельное бельё. Джакузи - потрясающее. В общем, всем рекомендую.

Rented the apartment for my short stay in Yerevan. Apartment was very clean, location is perfect with easy access to stores and cafes/restaurants. Aram is a very responsive host, check-in and check-out were fast & simple. Would love to stay there during future trips to Yerevan.

The place really felt like home, its cosy, stylish and most importantly very efficient as a location, price and value. Would definitely book it again for my next trip!

The apartment looks like in the pictures. But in reality is more spacious. Host is very kind and responsive, ready to help for whatever. Recommended!

We’ve stayed at the apartment for one month+ and can definitely recommend it! It is situated in a quite district of Yerevan, with supermarket, cafes and currency exchange nearby. It is 15-20 minutes away from city centre by taxi (~€5). Apartment has air conditioning in every room, so comfortable temperature was not a problem. Host was very welcoming, was responding to any questions in a quick manner and is a true example of Armenian hospitality. Would like to say special thanks to Gevorg and Alina!

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

Highly recommend Arpine's place. Its <10 minute from the skiing resort and market, additionally you can find a snacks store in the building itself. Apartment was clean and organized.

Had an amazing stay at this penthouse! The views were stunning, and the design was so stylish and cozy. Communication was super smooth. Highly recommend!

Karina is a host you’re wishing for during your stay - welcoming and friendly in her communication, always ready to help and support you with your stay and any questions you might have :) As for the apartment itself - the location is perfect, very private and up in the hills which gives a nice view not only on the Ararat mountain, but the whole town. Restaurants, spa and main sights - all reachable within walking distance :) Thanks to Karina once again for the nice stay we had :)
