Monthly Rentals in Hội An

This was the perfect spot for a one month stay. It is on a quiet street, away from the hustle of Hoi An which I appreciated; however, folks who are looking for easier access to restaurants with Western-style food might not appreciate the 20-30 minute walk for this. If you are into Vietnamese food, options are nearby and plentiful. Likewise, there is an abundance of coffee shops in the area. It is also about a 10 minute walk to the market for fresh produce if you want to prepare your own food. I look at this as opportunities for exercise. Since the kitchen is shared by nine different apartment dwellers, it is probably not a surprise that some folks are cleaner and tidier than others. An excellent feature of this stay is that Nam is very fast about responding to messages. For instance, the hot water kettle broke while I was there and he replaced it the same day it was reported. There also needed to be a minor repair in my apartment and the handyman was sent right over. Thank you!

Very nice place with walking distance to Old Town. Lam helped with local recommendations and even booked a ticket to Hoi An Memories for us. Highly recommended stay.

Hieu takes great pride in ensuring her guests have a happy and comfortable stay. She speaks fluent English and is always on call for any questions. The room looks exactly like the photos. The bed is comfy and the neighbourhood is peaceful.Her Mum is also lovely and helpful, always with a big welcoming smile .Hieu is very honest and respectful of boundaries , as well as being open to a nice chat when the timing is right. The neighborhood has nice friendly restaurants within a few minutes walk. It's a great location . 5 minutes bike ride to the river and 15 minutes to the beach through the rice paddies. Happy to recommend. I stayed for a month and extended my stay another 6 days .

I don't even know where to begin! We had the most amazing time and Trang's and her family!! We arrived early with the night bus and she was so kind to let us do early check-in 🥺 since the very first moment everything went smooth and we felt right at home! Trang's dad showed us how to do coffee and we had coffee every single morning! Trang's mom was the loveliest and we had a super tasty meal together! The bedroom was spacious, spotless clean, tastefully decorated even with some of Trang's art and the mattress was like sleeping in a cloud! The a/c worked perfectly, so did the wifi, my husband and me work online and never had any connection issues. The balcony in the room is actually quite big, that I was able to practice yoga there every morning! The pool was super clean and the water had the perfect temperature, we swam every single day, even twice or three times a day 🤣 Trang also let us use the bikes for free and also do laundry! All and all, we felt like part of the family ❤️
