Monthly Rentals in Hickory

This house is amazing! Gorgeous area, close to 576 and 22. Absolutely beautiful old house with updated bathrooms and kitchen. I loved that the kitchen had everything that we needed, including beautiful vintage plates and bowls. The furniture inside of this home are antique and beautiful. (the mattresses in every room are all new and comfortable). We were here early spring, so the trees are just starting to bloom, but I bet in the summer it's even more beautiful! There was a smart TV in all bedrooms, the wifi had a strong signal, there were plenty of towels provided. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers in the basement. the basement was a little scary at first, (but with a 200 yr old house that is normal) however, it well lit in the laundry room. We felt very comfortable here. This home is a definite must if you are like me and love old homes with good bones. The host was responsive and very nice. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!

We have stayed at Catherine's lovely home a number of times in the past. Once again it was as perfect as it was during our previous stays. It is a spacious home that is very comfortable. Catharine is very responsive with an easy check-in/out. The home has everything you could need while staying. It is always very clean and has available parking. The location is great with just a short drive to many shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is also close to the campus and is very walkable as well. We always look forward to staying if it is available when we are in town to visit family.

Apartment was spotless Very clean and orderly. No surprises. Convenient to downtown and W &J Campus. Second floor quiet apartment has some stairs. Large rooms and they pretty much thought of everything you needed for a nice stay. Very reachable for info if needed. Parking is right next door. Restaurants and bars are close by, convenient to everything. Very pleased.
