Beachfront vacation rentals in Heceta Beach

Loved the view from this location, felt very private even though it was around other homes. Very functional open layout with amazing ocean views!! Beds were comfortable overall and our family loved everything the property had to offer. The beach access (steps down) were well maintained and felt secure. We would definitely return.

Have stayed in these cottages several times. The view and closeness to the ocean is unbeatable! The cottages are clean and have nice amenities like pet blankets and coffee.

Honestly an unbelievable location to be right on the water. The best place we’ve stayed at yet - plus everything was well supplied and clean and you have a binder of information and instructions to help with exploring and enjoying the stay. Duke was incredibly responsive and helpful if we had any questions. Highly recommend !!!

Right on the beach - 20 feet away. Extremely clean, well-appointed and thoughtfully decorated. Neighbors on both sides but absolutely no issues. View out the back toward the ocean is completely unobstructed. Spent hours just watching the ocean waves, birds and sunsets. Beach is extremely wide - at low tide and even at high tide you can walk for a mile either direction north or south. Be advised the property has the Pacific Coast Highway on the east side and there is traffic noise, but from the decks on the west side, it's not noticeable. We didn't try the hot tub but it was ready and waiting for use. Having immediate access to the beach with unlimited walking made this a well-worth 7 night vacation for us.

Great location and very comfortable

The property is way more magical then the photos! My friends and I had the most relaxing, fantastic weekend. We lucked out and had great weather through the weekend stay and made many memories. I highly recommend Tim's place! One of the best beach front properties I have booked. Everybody enjoyed the stay and all the amenities. Tim was very responsive when I asked any questions or requested local recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed with 3 friends and everyone loved the place. There was plenty of room to allow privacy and yet the public areas were so inviting as well. The bedrooms and bedding were loved by all! And there really is nothing better than enjoying a hot tub on your private deck overlooking the ocean and stars. We will be back and we will stay longer. Thank you so much for your lovely place and hospitality.

Great location with a view of the ocean. I enjoyed the hot tub with privacy fence. You can walk to the beach. Although the path down is steep and would not be accessible to some, I didn’t have any issues. Also a short walk to a cafe/bistro. Fully equipped kitchen and an overall spacious comfy space. It was a wonderful weekend away, I’d go back for sure.

beautiful home, clean. the most beautiful view. what could change is the carpet. hate bathroom carpet. all being said, I'd love to stay again 😊

Worth every penny. Beautiful and peaceful. Love that the property was fence to allow our dogs to roam. Love how simple check-in and check-out was. Love everything about it. I am not easily impressed but this, I highly recommend and would come again.

This is our second time staying at this property. It’s very peaceful with a great view of the ocean from the family room. The high fence in front makes it feel private. Plus a fully fenced back yard which is perfect for our dogs. Kitchen was stocked well. It could use a couple of items. It was a very nice relaxing stay. If you’re looking for a place with a beach off of the back yard this is it.

Exactly what we needed! Beautiful view of the Umpqua River and fall colors. The dome was so cozy and we really enjoyed having the wood stove. Hosts were kind and attentive. Looking forward to staying here again.

Pleasantly surprised at this incredible beach house, view is spectacular. I took myself and dog on vacation to paradise, such a cool spot to get away from it all and connect with nature. Walking the beach and OregonTrail 804 is stunning and well groomed. The house was very comfortable and was tough to leave.

My family and I did a last minute stay here and it was perfect! Fantastic location and views! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time for a short weekend get away. close to the beach, there is a little mart and bar just around the corner(walking distance)

Debbe's house was amazing. the beds were very comfortable. everyone had a television in their own room. she had absolutely everything you'd need. would highly recommend.

This home was very well stocked and fit 2 families very comfortably. The beach is just a step away and the back deck has great sunset views. Fantastic location!

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving at the Heron House! The location was great - walking distance to town and to a small beach at the mouth of the river. The beds were comfortable and the kids had a fun time trying out the various sleeping nooks. The kitchen had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving meal. We even got in a round of tennis at the nearby courts. Wish we had visited in the summer to swim in the river. Would definitely stay again!

This place is incredible. You won't find a better spot. The backyard is sand dunes that lead to the Pacific Ocean, and, to what feels like, a private beach. This is especially perfect for one or multiple families. Six bunkbeds and lots of toys and a play area for small children. Our kids had an absolute blast! You'll love this spot, and Claudia is super responsive to any needs that may arise :)

My family stays on the Oregon coast each summer. It has been a 30 year tradition that our children, now adults, still look forward to. This home offered us everything we needed to feel relaxed during this family tradition. It was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was probably the best house we have stayed in to date!

Was a lovely place to stay. The house was super clean and neat. It looked like the carpet had just been shampooed. Was perfect for a romantic weekend, but also kid friendly with games, children's book and sand toys available. The only thing that concerned me, was trying not to track water and sand into the house as it was pretty rainy during our stay.

What a dream! We loved this place soooo much we especially appreciated the eco-fragrance free detergents and the fun art. Perfect place for a family bday celebration! Thank you, thank you! 🥰

This Airbnb is a true gem! Linda and Steve were the kindest, most gracious and welcoming hosts we've ever met. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like long-lost friends. They were responsive and attentive, yet never intrusive. We also loved hearing their stories and life experiences! We appreciated the thoughtful touches, including the snacks and drinks they provided. The beautiful Airbnb is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, and was clean, spacious, and tastefully designed. The modern bathroom is spacious with a gorgeous shower. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was perfectly equipped for our needs. We loved the scenic 10-minute walk along the river to the beach and town! The location was ideal—close to all the attractions we wanted to visit, yet quiet at night. We highly recommend this Airbnb and these amazing hosts. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb and can’t wait to return on our next trip to Yachats!
