Melinda was an exceptional host very responsive and attentive. Her place exceeded our expectations, it was even better than described! Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. My group and I had a fantastic time and truly appreciated the comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Older house but very comfortable. Two bedrooms upstairs are railroad so you will have to walk through one to get to the other. One bathroom but it's nice and well stocked. Nice views into the farms and valleys. Only issue we had was one of my friends was afraid of the old house noises from the wind. Great for families or a few friends looking for a low key place to stay

We had a great time! The unit is an easy walk to Minerals, and the layout was perfect for our needs. Joann was a fantastic host and we can’t wait to stay again!

I cannot say enough about this home. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with beautiful views, this is the place for you. Hosts were extremely helpful & very quick to respond. We got lucky with beautiful weather and got to enjoy the lake but, stargazing in the jacuzzi at night was a perfect touch. We seriously loved every bit of this home and would love to return one day!! Thank you Bob & Julie!!

The host was great any questions I had they got back to me within seconds . The house was well maintained. Coming from the city with no outdoor space we really enjoyed the hot-tub and the patio. We definitely will go back

We had a terrific time. It’s a lovely home- 20 min from Shawnee mountain and steps away from an indoor/outdoor pool facility (depends on weather), sledding hill and small skiing hill with ski lift. I would absolutely stay here again- and highly recommend for anyone with young kids looking to teach them to ski. Very very convenient. The hosts were available for questions and were friendly/flexible. Incredible customer service. We will be back!
