Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Guntersville

Great stay in a quiet neighborhood not too far from John Hunt Park and the US Space & Rocket Center. We actually walked to John Hunt Park; about a 30 minute walk. House is older, but everything works fine and we slept really good. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall this is a great place to stay. It was easy to get in and the descriptions and photos matched what they looked like in the listing. I would recommend staying here!

Kelly has clearly put in a special effort to create a welcoming atmosphere for travellers, with care and attention that puts this in the top class of stays. It is also a reminder of what family homes can and ought to be like — even when operated as a hospitality business. I recommend staying just to prompt yourself to consider if we have lost our way... a refurbished older home is much more liveable than many modern characterless sprawls.

Andrea place was great! Good location for a quick drive to the Orion or the 805. Comfortable accommodations. Safe neighborhood. Will stay again!

Kids loved the scavenger hunt that was in the house. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Tate Cottage was a nice clean and relaxing place with great historic character, but had all the modern amenities as shown. Nice, quiet neighborhood and less than a mile to downtown. Thanks Melinda!

Beth’s place was perfect for us! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and she was so friendly and helpful with places to eat in the area. The house was spotless and very comfortable! Also her coffee and tea bar was the best I have ever seen. We will definitely be staying there again!

This place is in a safe location. It is close enough to the airport, food, and activities to do in Madison/Huntsville whether you’re here on business or leisure. Ellie is a great host and the space is worth the price. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location and easy access to Chattanooga, Stevenson and Scotsboro. The location was perfect for me and the apartment was well maintained clean and tidy., just what I needed.

My friend and I needed a dog friendly place to stay for a night following a concert at Orion. Brandon encourages pups! He’s so quick to respond to any questions/changes to reservations. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a night. It was only about a 20 min drive to the amphitheater which was perfect. I will most definitely book again in the future.

So glad we decided to stay here! The place was adorable, very clean, with lots of thoughtful little touches. It is very close and easy to get to the Orion Amphitheater. The host was very kind and responsive. Next time we come to Huntsville I hope this place is available because it is definitely our first choice!

This place was ideal for our visit to see our daughter, as her student housing was conveniently close by. The stay was peaceful and comfortable, and Diane was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout. The location was also great—not far from downtown, Mid-City, and Providence—making it easy to explore the area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and well-located stay.
