Bjarni is very responsive host. His arrival instruction was very helpful. The house vas perfect for 5 people. There were 2 bedrooms on ground floor and loft with mattresses on next floor. All of us loved huge TV and of course the hot tub! The house was very cosy and very well equipped with all necessary and much more. The living room and beds were very comfortable. Thank you, Bjarni!

Pictures do not do it justice! The accommodations are not only beautiful, but so thoughtfully laid out, along with Sabine’s thorough instructions and amazing recommendations! We could not have had a better experience! We will be staying again and recommending to family and friends. :) Perfect location to explore the southern coast and golden circle. Our trip was the perfect balance of relaxing and adventurous thanks to this location.

An incredibly spacious, warm and cozy house. Hot tub was also fantastic. Everything was available, we received a quick response to questions. Near the cottage, you can eat wonderfully simple. Because the key can be picked up at the reception, you can be flexible with your time. Top spot all golden circle activities very close.

We were a party of 3 neighbors (1 couple and 1 single) on our first trip to Iceland, and Anna's House was a warm and cozy place for us to stay. We stayed a week, and the location was good for seeing many sites in the area. We were very happy to be able to see the Northern Lights twice at the cottage, which is away from the city lights. We enjoyed the GK Bakari in Selfoss for pastries and coffee on the way to our adventures. We loved being welcomed by Brynja, the very friendly farm dog, and we appreciated the small touches, like the long-handled shoe horn, which made putting on boots so much easier.

Our family of four (2 adults, 2 teens) stayed here for a week in April, 2025. We found the log cabin the perfect home base for our trip. We loved starting our day with coffee on the deck, admiring the views and birdwatching and ending it on the deck in the hot tub with the Aurora Borealis overhead. Downtown Selfoss is about 25 mins away and there are two grocery stores and a bunch of restaurants. Check out the food hall. It’s an adorable city!

Our stay at Larus’ accommodation was magical. Such a beautiful and restful setting, we felt relaxed instantaneously. The space was spotless with everything considered. The hot tubs and sauna were wonderful luxuries with the verandas thoughtfully sheltered from the breeze and the kayak’s in the lake which our boys enjoyed. The communication from start to when we left was proactive and clear with Kamil kindly meeting us at the cottages to guide us to the house and show us around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

Perfect, best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Cabin was exactly as described and how it appears in the photos. Was spotlessly clean too. The kids loved the mezzanine bedroom and we slept pretty well in ours too. Bathroom was good, great shower. Fully appointed kitchen which was handy as we ate in on a couple of nights given how remote the property is. Lovely double height living and dining space, great views and we saw the Northern lights too. Jona was very friendly at check in and gave us lots of helpful advice and recommendations. Great base to explore the golden circle, south coast, glaciers and waterfalls. Supermarkets and restaurants in Selfoss not too far away. Pretty close to the Secret Lagoon too! Loved it. If we come back to Iceland I know where we’ll stay!

This house was perfect - great location for outdoor activities. Saw the Northern Lights from our windows. Right in the middle of the Golden Circle so great location for us. Very private, very quiet. Had everything we needed. I would recommend this location to anyone who prefers outdoor activities versus city life.

We had a great stay. The accommodation is a new house that is fully available. There is a bedroom with a double bed. There's a sofa bed in the living room. The accommodation is located in a very quiet small residential area located next to the center of Hveragerdi town. Great communication with the host whose instructions for self check-in with key box were very clear. Excellent Airbnb!

Belgrind is very nice and welcoming host. She is very responsive and eager to help, while respecting your privacy. The place had everything you need for a stay. The apartment was clean, warm and the beds were comfortable. Additionally, the location is great to explore the Golden Circle area. I absolutely recommend!
