5 stars all around! I just spent 5 nights at the Treehouse and hated to leave. I'm in sync with all the other reviews as they say it all! Perfect place just off the highways but close to the necessities in the Orlando/Lakeland area. Delightful views on Lake Ariana and plenty of rabbits and squirrels to watch while relaxing at the end of the day. Joni and Dennis were wonderful hosts and just a text away to answer any questions. Definitely will stay here again when I get back to the area. BOOK IT!

This place was so very beautiful! New and very clean. It had all of the amenities and more. Stephen was easy to deal with. I highly recommend staying here for families and or couples both old and young. If you decide to stay here you will be more than satisfied. We will return!

Looked just like the photos. The attention to detail was superb — everything I thought I needed, I would open a cabinet and it would be there. Carlos and team were really responsive and helpful with check in and check out. The living room and sofa were very comfortable. Kitchen stocked with everything you could imagine. Even the selection of books were great (some on my reading list). The beds were very comfortable as well. It felt like melting on a cloud after long days at Disney. We roped dropped every morning during our stay and it took us about 20 minutes to get to the parks. My only regret is not staying longer to enjoy the space. We were at the parks most of the days we stayed. We did visit the pool and gym. Gym was small but had everything you might need to get a workout in. It was right next door to the apartment. We didn’t have time to enjoy the pool. I did swing past and it looked a little busy. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and relaxing.

I needed a quiet space to focus and finish my doctoral thesis. Kevin’s place perfectly fit the bill! I was able to finish my thesis and get a little rest. Perfect stay!

I’ve been to a lot of Airbnb’s and the decor in this one was one of my favorites. Very comfortable bed. Lots of towels, toilet paper and soaps. The location was perfect for me because it’s right by my friend’s house so I was visiting. I went to a couple of different lakes and watch the sunrise. Had a couple of nice meals in Winterhaven would definitely definitely stay here again.

Olivia Was Very Sweet And Attentive , Pool Is Nice , Clean & Had A Nice Depth , Spa Was Warm And Comfortable. Must Pay $30 A Day To Keep Warm . House was Spotless . Looks Exactly Like The Pictures. Everything was updated and clean the bathrooms and showers were very nice! Great access from garage and into the house , washer and dryer. Olivia made my entire stay comforting and I will stay here again. I highly recommend!

The house is brilliant. We had 11 adults and a 5 month old baby. We all flew in at different times, to different airports but access was easy for everyone. we had been given the details by the host prior to our arrival. Susan is a great host, very communicative but not intrusive. Every detail was taken care of. Passes at the gate, information about the activities and much more. I would highly recommend this AirBnB to anyone. Having a large family, it was great for space but also playing games and spending time together. We had family visit, who live in Florida, which was also easy. Susan was very helpful when my father in law couldnt be located, after visiting us. Thank you Susan, we will be back

gorgeous location, with plenty of places to eat in walking distance. the house was immaculate. while we only had breakfast there and made lunches for going out today, the utensils and appliances that were there would have made cooking a 5 course dinner easy. We were left some coffee pods and some goodies on arrival which was lovely. highly recommend and plan to book for next uearm

We stayed at the Pelican House for three whole months. This home worked well for our extended stay because of its proximity to restaurants, groceries and Disney World! The neighborhood was quiet pretty much every night and having the open green space in the back was really nice, especially when the Sandhill Cranes came by in the mornings. They were awesome to watch. Donna was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had during the stay. She would reply within 10 minutes usually. The biggest benefit for us was proximity to Disney World. We could leave the house and be at the parks within 15-20 minutes most days. Traffic coming back from Disney was typically a challenge, though I feel the whole area in Kissimmee would be the same. All in all, we would absolutely stay at the Pelican house again for any future long-term stay in that area. It worked great for our needs this trip! Thanks Donna!!

The home was super clean upon arrival and the space was as advertised. The owner was responsive to any questions we had. I would stay here again.

Staying here was truly amazing. My family was extremely comfortable. I had everything I needed to feel right at home. Laundry, waffle maker, fully stocked kitchen, board games, peace and quiet, bathrooms for each room etc. Calandra was very responsive and so courteous in our interactions. We loved our stay and look forward to more vacations in the future. For reference on travel we were 1 hr from the airport, 1hr from Disney, 2 hrs from Coco Beach, 1hr from I-drive. We did so many activities and it was so comforting to return to a safe and calming space at the end of the day. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful experience staying at this condo! The location was easy to find, and having no parking hassles was a huge plus. The peaceful atmosphere made our stay truly relaxing. I can’t speak to what the home was equipped we, we pretty much just used the home to sleep and shower. Michael was incredibly responsive and accommodating to our needs prior to and throughout our stay. Without a doubt, we would choose to stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay. The location is perfectly located near theme parks, dining, and other attractions. With a short walk to 2 pools (under 5 minutes), the kids were very happy. I enjoyed being green side which offered a chance to watch approach shots and green work. Very clean and looked just like the pictures.

We cannot say enough about how much we loved our stay during this winter. For the second year we have enjoyed a wonderful, clean, peaceful stay at this fantastic condo. There is nothing to complain about. Ana has been a very responsive and helpful host and everything was just perfect and was truly a comfortable “home sweet home”. We will surely stay at Ana’s condo again and again in the years to come.

Very good choice of accommodation with all the amenities and services necessary to provide comfort to its guests. Good host, always attentive to our needs. However, the apartment is far from Universal Studios, we lost a lot of time on the commutes and these became exhausting because the traffic was very heavy, I don't know if it was because of the time of year or because it really is far away. I would definitely recommend it for people going to Disney parks.

The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need for a good stay with the family and is located in a quiet area with easy access to everything. It is close to Disney parks and close to all kinds of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Gary is very diligent, offers clear instructions, and was on the lookout for us to have no issues on arrival.
