Waterfront vacation rentals in Fripp Island

We loved staying here! The views were incredible and within walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants! Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location just steps from the beach, and a short walk or bike ride to restaurants and shops. The place was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I were very appreciative of Dan and Lisa’s communication. We had a few hiccups ( one medical issue) and they were kind and quick to reply to us. The location cannot be beat ! The condo is very comfortable with a huge patio! We will be back

We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

The place is amazing. The beach area was quiet and relaxing and family friendly. My husband and I were able to relax under the shade of a tree, and enjoy the view and water sound. We really enjoyed our stayed . The location is very peaceful. And a short drive to local restaurants.

This location is AMAZING. Beautiful views, walk down the scenic boardwalk to the beach, there is a small restaurant right there. The beach is huge and beautiful! White sand, no rocks or seaweed. Small waves perfect for boogie boarding even when windy the waves weren’t huge. The complex seems a little bit “old / tired”, could use some renovating, this building was prob the nicest. The actual unit seemed recently redone - very cute! My only suggestion would be to upgrade the towels and bed linens, they felt cheap. The kitchen has everything you need to cook! There’s an outdoor pool which is very nice in the courtyard of this building and there’s an indoor pool a few buildings over - these plus beach is perfect for kids. We had a great trip and would love to come back and stay here again!

We enjoyed the house and it was larger than the pictures capture. we liked the openness of the kitchen, dining and living space. Great outdoor spaces as well. Quick walk to the beach and to a back dock overlooking the marsh. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. All was as advertised. Everything was clean and worked well. Definitely a great option!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Hampton House! The house was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Location on the water can not be beat. All the beach toys and kayaks were a bonus. Derrick was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back. Highly recommend.

This place is so peaceful and you really can not beat the view!! Clean and comfortable, we loved it! The use of the dock was great for my sons that love to fish. We saw stingray, caught trout and crabs. Kitchen was well equipped as we cooked there and enjoyed our meals looking out over the water! Can’t wait to come back!

We loved staying here with our family! Our two daughters (9 and 6 years old) enjoyed playing outside and walking our dog around. You cannot beat the views and watching the sun go down over the marsh. The house was clean and comfortable as well! We enjoyed going to downtown Beaufort and going on a carriage ride to tour the beautiful Town. Coming back and relaxing in the afternoon/evening surrounded by the serene sounds was just what we needed! Thank you!

Ryan's place is great. Isolated and quiet. Beautiful, old Majestic trees with Spanish moss are a part of the great view. If you are looking for a lot of activity, this place and surrounding area are not it. This is a great place to simply unwind, relax, recharge and be isolated. You have a nice dock all to yourself that leads to water (depending on time of day and the water Tied). Nice place to set up a chair and just relax or even fish a little. There are TONS of bugs around so be sure to bring the bug repellant if you are planning to be outside. Inside the house is clean and neatly furnished. Very good sized bathroom and good water pressure. Main bed is a bit loose (for me anyway) and is disconnected from the headboard. This results in all the pillows falling into the gap between bet and headboard. Pillows are a bit to big in my opinion. You feel like instead of resting your head you are snuggling a giant bean bag. But overall I like it a lot!

It seemed a bit pricey for this time of year, but we love the house, this is the second time we have stayed there

If you're planning a trip to Fripp Island, this is the place to stay. It's quiet, private, secluded and has amazing views front and back. The floor to ceiling windows and octagonal design makes it feel like being in a control tower at an airport, except the scenery is way better! We especially enjoyed sitting on the little bench tucked away behind the house near the marsh. It was like having the island completely to ourselves. We had debated getting a beachfront place, but after experiencing the peaceful seclusion of this place there's no way we'd ever want to immerse ourselves in the places along the beach which are packed in like sardines. A golf cart rental is a must - we were at the beach in just minutes and it's a great way to explore the island. Drew and Rebecca are great hosts and responded immediately to any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Excellent rental! Beautifully situated overlooking the Broad Creek Marshland. Gorgeous finishes and well appointed with everything we needed. Communication was stellar and it was easy to stay. I would highly recommend for anyone that doesn't require out-the-door beach access, it is a great central location, less than 15 min to Coligny Beach, shopping and lots of restaurants and shopping in close proximity. The owners of this property obviously take pride in their home and ensure a great experience! HIGHLY recommend and will look forward to another visit!

This was the perfect weekend getaway for my boyfriend and I. Kacey was an absolute sweetheart and was extremely responsive and proactive in her communication. I would highly recommend the beach walker for the close proximity to the beaches and restaurants as well as how amazing Kasey is! Definitely will be coming back.

We enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head. The house was clean and had many towels available for our use. The house was located close to many shops and restaurants. We had one issue with the WiFi which was resolved after rebooting the router. We ended up going to Publix to get K-cups for the Keurig as we didn’t see any available. The shower pressure was great and every room was clean and tidy.

Great place to stay! Clean and comfortable condo, and minutes to the beach. Quiet community, close to Hunting Island State park. Plenty of places to eat within a 20 minute radius. Also enjoyed walking around Beaufort and the boardwalk at Cypress Wetlands in Port Royal. Would recommend staying here again.

Grady‘s place was exactly what we needed for a nice relaxing week at the beach. The proximity to the beach couldn’t have been better and across the street tons of restaurants and things to walk to. Grady was very responsive and friendly and we highly recommend this place!

Great stay, unit exactly as described. Extremely quiet and peaceful area which was just what we were looking for. Eric couldn’t have been more responsive and helpful, easy check in and out, highly recommend staying with him!

Alberta’s place was a perfect spot for our little family to get a much needed beach getaway. She has it very well stocked with beach equipment if you need or forget something. The kitchen was also stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. Alberta was very responsive and friendly with any info we needed. Would love to come stay here again sometime!
