This place was the perfect retreat for a few days away from home. Even in the off season we stayed entertained with the games and hot tub, making every moment enjoyable. Nestled in a charming yet private neighborhood, the home is spotless, thoughtfully maintained, and filled with warmth. It’s convenient location made exploring easy while still offering a peaceful escape. A truly wonderful stay.

I felt super confident in my booking right from the moment I booked it as Dan guided me the entire way and is super amazing at responding and communicating. It was super accomodating when I needed help and it was so reassuring to have a host so kind and responsible.

Our stay was great. Easy for us to find. Communication with Cecilia was easy. Heidi was so fun to talk with and made us feel so welcome. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back. The winery was perfect. We enjoyed the brewery and the distillery. Great drinks nice atmosphere. We found breakfast at berries which had great food. It was a nice getaway for the weekend.

Our stay at the Carwash Inn was lovely!! The space is cozy and was perfect for our needs. The whole place was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, would recommend!

This Airbnb was spacious, accommodating, and felt like a true home away from home. The host was very attentive and thought of every detail, from the washer and dryer to charging ports on the nightstands. The home has two bedrooms, including a bunk bed and sleeper sofa, and the immaculate gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances was a highlight. The master bedroom was spacious and the bed super comfy. The fluffy towels and hot shower with great water pressure added to the comfort. I also appreciated the books to read and board games to play, perfect for relaxation. The quiet neighborhood made for a peaceful stay, and check-in was seamless. I would love to write more, but AirBnB limits you to 1000 characters! Overall, a fantastic experience—I would definitely stay here again! 💯

This was a home away from home, gathering spaces were so comfortable and the seating perfect to relax with coffee or watch sports. The host was so easy to work with and the little things like the neighborhood boy who sells wood for a fire was adorable. The wind was to strong or we would have enjoyed the outside space as much as the inside. The beds were so comfortable! Pac Man for real that was a cool treat for the adult children. Memories for me! Eric was so great to answer my questions as I am not great with the app stuff. We will make this our family gathering spot if possible! Thanks so much Eric!!

Great place to land while in Rock Falls!

We loved our stay at Debra's place in Galena! My girlfriend and I booked this spot for a girl's weekend and we were so happy that it was close to everything. We were able to park our car and leave it there for the weekend while we shopped and dined on Main St. :) The apartment is even more spacious than the photos and was very clean and well kept! It was very comfortable for 2 people. Amenities were all great but the best part was the location! Note for lighter sleepers - there is noise from neighborhood bars, so I recommend ear plugs just in case. Such a cute spot overall and we would definitely come back!!
