Beautifully decorated space. You can tell the host(s) (Smirna) takes pride in decorating and making sure their guests are comfortable. Full kitchen with cooking tools, NICE bathroom with seat, COMFY bedroom. My friends and I came to this place for a birthday weekend getaway. Super affordable for what we wanted. Awesome location if you’re looking for things to do in the DMV area- we went to King Spa. Only minor recommendation is to make it clear that the space is above a family home, a little awkward checking in - we almost went through the front door not the side , not realizing the guest space was above a house. We tried to mind the noise and being in and out as we had a packed weekend of events. Overall however, very nice spot for 2-4 guests. I would highly recommend for a weekend end getaway for an intimate, quiet group.

Place was just as the pictures looked! Had nice clean towels and all the stuff you need for a shower. Bed sheets were nice and warm, along with the room itself was warm! Only problem I had was with locking the sliding door for the room was abit tricky on how you needed to lock it, but that’s just an easy fix. Other than that we had a nice stay! Well worth the money and better than staying at a hotel that cost way, way more!

Great hosts lie, as does her spouse. Very responsive and helpful. Excellent familiarity with the area.The location is peaceful and immaculate. It is a well-established neighborhood . I will most certainly return.

Tafesse's is so kind and accommodating, would differently go back. very clean, felt comfortably.
