Lisa was a wonderful host and even met us at the door when we arrived to make sure that we were settled in okay and knew how everything worked. She checked in throughout the stay just to make sure everything was okay which I appreciated. I would gladly stay here again as it was the perfect location for when we come to visit Lapeer. The place was very clean and lovely and the appliances were easy to use. Thanks again Lisa!

my grandson and family were ones staying there and I know that as far as place was concerned it was as described. I know there were issues with the wifi but believe it was resolved.

Great place to stay. Very homey, felt very comfortable. Loved all the decor, beds were very comfortable. Very clean & lots of extras that are not usually included at some other places. I would gladly stay again. Karin responded to any questions promptly. Only thing that I would suggest is the shower, kind of complicated.. Thanks again Karin!

Krista was an amazingly accommodating and responsive host. When the Wi-Fi was a little glitchey, she took off work to make sure it was available for my work call that evening! The space was stylish and extremely clean. Location is very convenient yet secluded. Quiet and comfy place that I'll be using whenever I'm traveling and it is available. A+!

This place is fantastic. The whole place was immaculate and welcoming. More than I was expecting. Cannot wait to stay again. Will definitely be back.

Cindy’s place was great and she was very accommodating as we were towing a trailer. She made sure to have a place for us to park and greeted us when we arrived. Very convenient location at a fair and reasonable price. I will stay again without hesitation.

We enjoyed staying at Ashley's place during the time that our family was handling a medical situation over a period of several week. Ashley and Jeffrey were both very good at communicating with us and always quick to respond. The unit itself is a very nicely/newly remodeled upstairs apartment in an older house. The furnishings were all very nice and high-quality. We especially appreciated the spacious kitchen and the comfortable beds. (Comfortable mattresses was a must-have for us). The bathrooms were both very nice and had lots of artistic flair as well. Overall, the place was well-appointed, as they say. Noise was the only complaint I would have... there's a train that runs 100 yards behind us, a busy road in front of the house, and apparently the people living below us were often making noise after 11 PM. We think they might work night-shifts. Ending on a positive note: the town of Holly is very lovely and had a lot of nice shops and restaurants. Overall, a good choice to stay.

Andre is a great host--very responsive and helpful. This is a lovely bungalow that's super close to everything in downtown Rochester but feels peacefully removed. It is a very comfortable space to work, relax, eat and sleep in. The host is up front that the kitchen amenities are fairly spare--which suited my needs just fine. It has a huge backyard and is across from a park. I was very happy with my stay and would stay there again.

They had great activities that we could join in with the other residents, every person on staff was super-nice, personable, and responsive. The security of the place was amazing! We had our own view of the doors from our room, and the ability to get in and out was also great. The balcony was an added bonus, and we spent the majority of our time when we were there, out on the balcony enjoying the view! Everything about Vicinia was amazing! They have a bar on premises (that closed at 7pm), but we were able to enjoy the festivities with the other residents. Everything there was clean and sanitized. They offered a breakfast until 9:30am, and coffee all day. There are so many great offerings from this AirBnB that we will absolutely return! Thank you for a wonderful experience and we will recommend Vicinia to anyone who will listen!

Avram was a fantastic host. He was always available to answer any questions that we had. The space itself was just as described, and his art and decor really added to the atmosphere. I felt comfortable and safe in the apartment, and felt as though I was able to reach out with ease if anything would have gone wrong. Avram left refreshments in the fridge as well, which was a welcome surprise. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in Bay City!

As a first time air BNBer I was very impressed with everything. This host was so nice and answered my questions right away! My guests and I loved the shower! And the river right outside was amazing 😍 just wish it had been warmer outside lol I definitely would love to go back in the warmer months!

The apartment, and accommodation was above, and beyond our expectations!! Well thought out, was lacking nothing. Anything you thought you needed, was already there!! Hats off to you Fabian, job well done my friend 🔥👍🏾👍🏾

This place is clean, cozy with lots of complimentary amenities. It was easy to find and close to downtown. We easily walked to the downtown area. We will definitely be coming back and staying here

Had a great stay, dog friendly and super clean. We only really slept there so we didn’t get to use the hot tub but wished we could! Across the street from a very nice winery and close to shopping. Had a very nice experience overall.

I enjoyed my stay. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. I had a few issues at check-in which were addressed immediately. I will stay again.

We had an experience like none other staying in this beautiful AirBNB. This was our second visit, the first during the Christmas holiday. It was a winter wonderland that was magical and beautiful. We felt like we had been transported to a Christmas in the old country. Phenomenal!! 🥰🎄🦌☃️

My husband and I planned a trip to see Frankenmuth and have a Bavarian Thanksgiving. We didn't want to pay $250 to stay in town so I found this charming little air BNB which was beautifully decorated for Christmas. I was in the mood for Christmas and Frankenmuth is the town for it my husband and I really enjoyed the unique decor in the Shabby chic suite where we stayed two nights. The hardwood floors and chic and rustic decor was super pleasing to the eye. we enjoyed sitting back and relaxing in each room. They also had a retro fridge which was delightful. We went to the Bavarian Inn for Thanksgiving and enjoyed an amazing wine pairing dinner at station 100, best wine of my life. We enjoyed the Christmas decor downtown and it didn't have to end when we got back to our air brb where they really decked the halls. It was like home base for Santa and his reindeer which were displayed in front of the house along with beautiful lights and Christmas trees light up all over. Spectacular!

Have stayed here multiple times while visiting the Flushing area. Great location to downtown. Easy parking, walkable. Each unit I’ve stayed in has its own unique charm. Super clean, safe and quiet. I’d highly recommend!
