Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Franche-Comté

Easy to access house, plenty of space, large living room and large bedrooms. Outdoor space if the weather is nice. That was.

We had a great time at Yvonne and Pierre's cottage, who hosted us very well. The cottage is beautiful and well-equipped, the garden is beautiful and the surrounding mountain paths are sublime. We'll be back for a longer stay without hesitation!

We had a pleasant stay with our family and two dogs. Beautiful walks nearby, very close to the slopes, the accommodation is super conveniently located. The wood fire in the middle of the living rooms brought a warm side to our evenings. Small plus for Marie's welcome who had thought of our babies and the accommodation was very warm when we arrived in the evening. In addition, we enjoyed the antique decor and learning more about the history of the building, highlighted by Marie. We felt right at home and will be back!

The accommodation was really nice, with a large garden very welcoming. The barbecue, fire pit and hot tub are perfect for enjoying beautiful spring evenings. Small downside: the house is adjoining (which is not necessarily visible in the listing), it can be an inconvenience in case of noise coming from us. Yann is very responsive which allows you to fully enjoy at any stage of the stay:)

We are very satisfied with our stay at Patrick's. The house is very nice and pleasant. We were there for a wedding so little time to visit the area, but we'll be back!

We had a lovely, uncomplicated stay. We were greeted in a very friendly manner by Yolande and were allowed to ring her bell at any time for further questions. The house is very cozy, especially the underfloor heating has invited you to make yourself very comfortable. The only thing is, the house is very bright, we had a baby with us and were therefore awake early but this is just the substance of the home and we don't want to note this as a mackerel but only for groups with children. The rent is not quite cheap but you really have everything you need in the house, it is very family-friendly, there are a lot of lovingly selected toys, we used it a lot. Thank you for the nice short vacation!

At William's place, we were very well received every time. We appreciated the amenities and cleanliness of the house , the availability of the host and the beautiful setting. We'll be happy to come back!

We had a fantastic time. Accommodation was tip top in order. In person, the apartment had even more to offer than in the photos. The bathroom has a perfectly working shower that you don't see in the photo, for example. Salon is spacious. Superb dining table. We said to each other, you could stay here perfectly. Karin is always available. The region is fantastic. It's the best of both worlds. The culinary aspect of Italy and the world-famous ski domain around Zermatt. Easy to reach from Valtournenche. In short, top in all areas. We will definitely come back!

Property located in the city center, with possibility of street parking or nearby. We felt like we were in a small house in the city center. The neighborhood quiet condition and clean apartment. No problem.

Extremely comfortable apartment, impeccable and very well-equipped. Very close to the center on foot, so very convenient. Provide a car to go skiing because the closest shuttle bus passes by 30 minutes, otherwise 10 minutes on foot for the one in the Centre. A perfect stay in this beautiful place!

A small but well appointed apartment on a quiet street in a building with lots of charm. Americans may be initially perplexed but eventually delighted to find a small dishwasher under the oven. Separate washer and dryer —unusual in Europe to have a separate dryer—was a great advantage after several days in a hotel. Well decorated and comfortable with good light.

Thanks a lot for this stay, where we stayed with our 2 children. The place is peaceful and charming. Everything is within walking distance . I would like to commend the extreme cleanliness of the premises. It was a pleasure.

Excellent location, the apartment is beautiful, it has an amazing view and is very comfortable and well equipped, it has everything you need to feel like at home.

Amazing place to enjoy the French Alps. We always love to be near town but also enjoy the peacefulness of the mountains. This location provided both. The hill between the apartment and town was easily walkable although we had a car to get heavier things like groceries if we chose not to walk. The wood burning fireplace was a major plus. The apartment has plenty of space and necessary utensils/pots/pans for cooking if you don’t want to eat out. The showers had good water pressure and provided plenty of hot water. There’s a locker downstairs for your ski gear. It worked well for our family of 3.

We had an amazing and wonderful stay in Anna’s villa in St Diè. The location is absolutely wonderful and private, with a very well maintained private and covered swimming pool and a jacuzzi in a very large garden. The interior of the living room and kitchen is great. Huge sofa, lots of windows/glass doors and room for everyone and a balcony surrounding the luxury living room. When we encountered a little problem with the dishwasher, it was replaced with a new working one the very same day, to our surprise. Anna and her husband are available as soon as you need them and reply very fast, while they are very respectful of the privacy one would like on a holiday. This beautiful house, with all the luxurious advantages, gave our holiday much more than we expect. The location is amazing, with the most beautiful places within driving-distance. We would most definitely recommend to stay in Anna’s Villa and book this beautiful house as soon as you can. It will add so much to your stay.

We had a great time at Isabelle's place. A very well decorated cottage in a beautiful green setting. The kitchen is well equipped. We were able to discover some very nice hikes. Isabelle is a thoughtful host. Recommended!

We had a dreamy week! Marjorie and Sébastien, are extraordinary hosts! Because of their responsiveness and communication! The house stands out for the many entertainment options both indoors and outdoors! If sun: a hot tub as well as a beautiful pool , a shaded terrace,its sofa area for a friendly aperitif will be present If rain: a cinema ( like a real one) , a balneo, an arcade with a multitude of games available , a PS4 …. What happiness!! In short, enough to recharge but also visit ,close to Mâcon and its vineyards , Brancion castle, 1 hour from Beaune . We'll be back!!! We had a great (too short) stay at this place. Vincent was very welcoming and attentive and very helpful! The accommodation was impeccably clean, well decorated and very comfortable. We will come back without hesitation!

Everything was as described, in a peaceful and private environment with a polite hostess and all the listed amenities. Calming and relaxing experience. I highly recommended it and would definitely revisit it in the future! A great bonus for us was that pets were allowed and had a great time as well.

We only stayed one night, the stay was nice. Very responsive, welcoming and kind host! We recommend it for a family stay ☺️
