Notamment apprendre a se ressourcer en silence dans la Nature, et surtout en équilibrant les éléments naturels, que nous trouverons en forêt, c’est son propre corps et esprit que nous allons rééquilibrer. En se lançant ce défi d’équilibre, c’est aussi une façon de mieux se connaître, de maîtriser ses émotions, et surtout de canaliser ses énergies pour maîtriser les éléments qui nous entourent.

Venez vous immerger dans une des forêts proches d’Epinal pour une balade de 2 heures 30, à pas zen, sans difficulté, avec des pauses régulières pour effectuer des ateliers. L’objectif : découvrir les bienfaits que nous apporte les arbres et les ressentir ! Pour cela, mon approche est centrée sur le corps et les sens. Connexion à la nature par nos sens, respiration active, marche consciente, méditation guidée, ancrage, une balade bien accompagnée en plein cœur de la forêt pour découvrir aussi les arbres et la biodiversité. Sérénité et vitalité garantie ! Prendre un petit sac à dos plutôt qu’un sac en bandoulière pour être plus à l’aise. Et prévoir de quoi boire si besoin. J’offre aussi une boisson mystère de ma confession pendant la sortie.

Wine and cheese tasting workshop in the heart of the Burgundy vineyard. Four local wines and four local cheeses will be tasted for a one hour lesson. Come and try local cheeses like : Époisses, Comté, Brillat Savarin,… After this session you will be able to answer to those questions : How to pair cheese and wine ? What are the specialities of Burgundian wines ? What are the different types of wines in Burgundy ? How wine is made ? Small group (less than 8), local guide and wine expert.

We will start at 11 am, introducing the history of our family business, do not hesitate to ask us questions, we love to share our passion. You will then be immersed in the universe of the truffle, with explanations on the different varieties, the conditions of culture, harvest ... You will then take action by following Julio, our dog specialist truffle on his training ground. You will discover its unique expertise! Once you have finished, you can sit down to enjoy a delicious truffle lunch, cooked on site by Christine and Delphine. We remain at your disposal to discuss our activity and share with you our best recipes. Suivez le guide ! Au milieu des Hautes Côtes de Beaune et des Maranges, Felix vous fait découvrir 6 vins parmi ses domaines préférés accompagnés de grignotis pour sublimer la saveurs des crus dégustés. Circuit très court garanti puisque tous les vins proposés en dégustation sont produits à moins de 20km d'ici (et ils sont pour la plupart vinifiés directement dans notre petit village et bio dès que possible). Felix accompagne chaque découverte oenologique d'une explication détaillée du domaine, du type de cépage, des caractéristiques du vin... en bref toutes les clés pour comprendre le terroir de Bourgogne et découvrir différents vignerons en seul lieu.

Treat yourself to total immersion in one of the most illustrious vineyards there is. Your Gentleman Sider will welcome you as a friend according to the true Burgundian tradition and will warmly share his emotions with you. The route starts from Meursault (8 km from Beaune) and crosses prestigious villages such as Puligny-Montrachet or Pommard. Each sidecar carries only two people (1 in the basket and one behind the pilot), which will make this experience unique and unforgettable.

I welcome you at l'Œnothèque Dufouleur Frères, located in the park of the Château, where you can park inside for free (bicycle rack and parking for cars). I will introduce you to the production process, while exchanging with you and answering any questions you have about our vine management and winemaking techniques ; the main local grape varieties (Pinot Noir & Chardonnay) ; or the Climats de Bourgogne. We will then settle at the bar or in the tasting room (air-conditioned space), where I will present the 6 wines that have been selected for the tasting. If you wish, you will have the possibility to buy wines on site, by taking them immediately with you and/or by scheduling a shipment to your address (in France or in your country). At the end of the tasting, you can enjoy the park of the Château during opening hours. We have received the following quality labels : - "Vignobles et Découvertes" (national wine tourism label) - "Accueil Vélo" (= national accreditation scheme guaranteeing a high quality of welcome and services for cyclists using French cycle routes) The famous Château du Clos de Vougeot is located only 15 minutes away: come and visit us by bike :)
