Beach condo vacation rentals in Fort Lauderdale

Deb and Meg’s place in Miami was a good getaway for us. Super close to the private beach and the apartment is stocked with all the amenities you need including loaded kitchen supplies and beach towels and toys. So there’s no need to over pack your luggage if you’re flying in to Miami. The place could have been more cleaner when we checked in, as the toilets weren’t as clean but other than that the entire apartment was clean. The valet service was something we were new to, so keep that in mind whenever you want to drive around or exit/enter the condominium. The building is a bit dated but the beach makes up for it. This stay is perfect for a family and we loved our time!

Katerina let me check in early and charged a small late check out fee so I could stay there after checkout. She was very hospitable and kind.

Vickie did a great job with clear instructions during the pre- Check in process. When I arrived it was smooth and I had no issues. Looks just like the photos. Amazing view of the beach. Always responsive and kind. I will definitely stay again.

The unit was perfect for my family. Great location and nice view from the balcony. The place was very clean and had all the amenities for preparing meals. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch too. Anatoly was a great host. Very responsive and provided good instructions. Would recommend to anyone looking for a short stay on the beach.

We had a fantastic stay at Kirill’s apartment! He was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. When we had an issue with the internet and the balcony, Kirill fixed both on the same day, which made our stay even more comfortable. The apartment itself was great—clean, well-equipped, and in a convenient location. I highly recommend staying here, and we would definitely come back!

Nice place for me and my mother to stay for the long weekend, easy to walk down the boardwalk to restaurants. Perfect location.

Had an amazing stay. Location is about the best spot you can have for Miami Beach. So much to do in walking distance! Very pleased with the accommodations overall. Building is secure with helpful staff. Used early luggage storage and parking garage across the street ($20/24hrs is reasonable in a big city). Easy 15 min unloading zone for car at 13th and Ocean Dr. Nitish was a lovely host with communication and recommendations!

We loved our stay here! The location was unbeatable — we could walk to great restaurants (shoutout Coyotaco) and the free metromover station, plus there was a Publix literally across the street. The place was super cute and clean, and the bed was so comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Stay Here! Although the apartments are on the smaller side, everything else is great. Start with the host Suzi, she’s the best. She relayed all instructions clearly and was available if needed, with quick a response. We can’t say enough about the cleanliness. Not only was the apartment spotless, the building as a whole was had super up-keep. A cleaning staff that kept the lobby and hallways clean. And everyone was so friendly. Easy access to the pool & beach, including a grass portion that accommodated the need for our dogs. I cannot say enough about this Airbnb, I for sure will be choosing it again if I’m ever back in Miami Beach.

super! excellent apartment, large, clean, well equipped, beautiful bathroom, 19th floor, very safe area to walk to the Brickell Centre, the Metromover, restaurant area, corporate style. Communication with Sandra is excellent.

The room was beautiful and had enough space for each kid to have their own bed. We enjoyed our trip very much. Make sure to get a croissant from the bakery in lobby if you go.

The unit was exactly as described. Alfonso was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. The place was tidy and clean and had a wonderful view of the ocean. The kitchen had everything we needed including a blender to make smoothies which we did daily. The building itself is very nice and the staff are helpful. The gym is quite large and has lots of equipment. As many others mentioned, the one downside is how long the elevators took.

This was our third year staying at Conrad and we can’t say enough great things about Jeffreys place - spacious, great location and modern place. Thank you for another wonderful family vacation!

The property is located on the 28th floor, offering a beautiful ocean view. The host was very responsive, which made the booking process smooth. The stay includes access to great amenities like the gym, pool, and spa, though I didn’t have the chance to use them. Parking is available for $60 plus tax, and there's a one-time cleaning fee of $135 plus tax (totaling $150), which we found a bit pricey, but this is set by the hotel. Overall, it’s a lovely property and I enjoyed my stay.

Great host, great room at the Fontainebleau. I was at the hotel for a conference and not only got a better room that was less expensive than the conference rate, I knew exactly the room I was getting, see the views and was able to know that it was well-reviewed. This is the best way to get a good hotel room! This room was pristine, had a great view, and it was quiet during my stay. The hosts were crystal clear in communications and proactive in making sure all was well at check-in, during my stay, and at check out. Definitely would use this host and room again.
