Had an amzimg stay at this airbnb! the place was clean, cozy and thoughtfully decorated. Really made it a home away from home. The host really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! The space was cozy, clean, and had such a welcoming vibe. Everything we needed was right there plus more, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. We especially loved the little touches that made it feel like home. We always enjoy staying in this part of Pinetop for easy access to Sunrise. Condo was just what we needed- super clean, cozy, matched the description and found it easily. Added bonus is that many condos or cabins in Pinetop will advertise their fireplace, but once booked, you learn you can’t use it. We were allowed to use the fireplace, which made for a cozy evening after being on the slopes all day!

Stayed at Justin's place with my wife, two children + daughter-in-law over Easter weekend. The place was immaculate and as advertised. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. There is a guest book with instructions for the house, recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. There are signs/labels throughout the house telling you how to work the AC/heaters, TV remotes, etc. Justin was very responsive with any questions. The back deck is amazing...what a view. Unfortunately for us, a storm dumped bunch of snow the first night and the next day so we didn't get to enjoy it until the last night, but that's the mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back and stay again some time.

Wonderful trip - loved the house! Everything was as described and immaculate. Great host! Perfect way to get out of the valley and enjoy a nice relaxing weekend. Will definitely look to reserve again when we can make it back up there!

We enjoyed our stay and everything was absolutely wonderful as if you were at home. It was the cozy, peaceful & comfortable home described in Carson’s notes. We would stay again in the near future. Also ate at Darby’s for breakfast and visited the White Mountain Nature Center for the Raptor show and would highly recommend both. Thanks Carson for the hospitality.

Although the weather did not cooperate, the property was as advertised. It was clean, well stocked and cozy. The neighborhood was quiet and in a nice location. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Instructions for entry were easy to understand. For a couple or small family I would recommend this listing to others.

Great place for a quiet getaway! We could go for long walks in a beautiful area! Very clean, great linens, and parking were perfect.

Gary was very friendly and very communicative. He went above and beyond to make our stay fun and memorable. The kids absolutely LOVED the power wheels and the race track and was the reason we booked. The back patio is beautiful and relaxing with great views. The master bed is a split king with adjustable settings and massage. The tea box, coffee and snacks were a great touch. Very clean home.

Had an amazing stay with my family! Very clean and cozy! Beds and furniture were very comfortable! Great backyard that was perfect for our dog. Host was quick to respond to questions and very helpful! Beautiful area and peaceful neighborhood. Would highly recommend!

This house is even better in person. The photos are just a glimpse as to how spacious and big this home is. The host was very nice and responsive. We reserved a weekend for my friends birthday to play games and hang out and this home was perfect for that. Would definitely rent again. We hit up local restaurants and coffee shops. There is quite a bit of antique shops with good finds too! I would beware the neighbor though. He seems a little uptight.
