Book this place due to a wedding in the area. It was exactly what we saw in the photos and description

Nayid was a great host, very responsive, helpful, and always proactively asking if we needed anything. The place was clean, comfortable, and matched the description.

Nice place exactly what the pictures show .. Super nice host.. but if you are looking for a quiet place. This place is definitely not it. You can hear every move and every sound from the people that live upstairs last night we spent a good few hours hearing a baby cry. Also they have the children’s toys such as a trampoline up against the window of the unityou do park on the street and the owner or tenants whoever lives upstairs parks in the driveways. it’s a very tight walk in between cars in the driveway because they do park a lot of cars in the driveway side-by-side.

Kimberly’s place is fabulous. The location cannot be beat - you’re close to everything yet have the peace of a quiet street. The apartment is well appointed and impeccably clean. The instructions are very clear with lots of suggestions for great things to do. I hope to stay here again.

Very quiet neighborhood out in Queens. A long trip to get to Manhattan everyday, but bus stops to get the train were close by. There were a few good restaurants and cafes about 15-20 mins away by bus or Uber on Roosevelt Ave and Northern Blvd. Uber was always a few mins away if we needed one. 5 stars, but our complaints were the beds and a bit of cereal crumbs left on the couch. Each person in our group felt the beds were not very comfortable, but not horrible either. The place was clean overall. Very convenient to LaGuardia, a couple supermarkets close by that you can walk to.

Angelique's home is absolutely charming and located in a lovely neighborhood. We were in town for a race at Jones Beach and loved how quiet and relaxing both her home and neighborhood were. The ground floor was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. Upstairs was quite cozy but there is also a bathroom on the main floor so my husband and I each "took" one. The home is very well located with easy access to local restaurants and coffee shops. Highly recommend.

A great place. Convenient, easy walk to a number of local businesses, yet feels private and quiet. Tam is an excellent host, responsive and very helpful. Place is very comfortable, clean and convenient. Highly recommend!

Clean , modern apt. Very easy to navigate with the technology. Staff very friendly and helpful. A bit noisy on street outside with traffic. Will definitely rent again with URBY, but request a courtyard side unit

Bigger and better than the pictures ! We rented this house for a family trip huge rooms and 3 bathrooms it was perfect more than enough space . Great location . The only issue was I couldn’t adjust the heat but once I reached out to Tiran he responded and adjusted for me . I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting nyc and New Jersey

Very comfortable place to stay for a couple or single person. We were in town for an event in RVC and Bernice's place was a convenient 10 minute ride away. Everything was as described and the bed was extremely nice! Would stay here again.

First of all I would like to thank Carmen for letting me stay at her beautiful home. I enjoyed the time I spent at the air bnb even though it was a very busy weekend for me. Carmen home was clean and comfortable, also a very convenient location close to so many places. The home is also pretty spacious I was able to have a nice family dinner and gathering there. I would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful air bnb, Carmen was a great host Thankyou again.

The house was great! Extremely spacious, well located. Communicating with Edwin both before and during the stay was always easy. He responds quickly and is very accommodating. It was an overall great experience!

My group had a wonderful stay. We felt right at home. The property was private and the house was clean. The backyard is beautiful with a great pool. Erol was responsive throughout our stay. I would stay here again!
