Monthly Rentals in Eugene

Great little place for two. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Quiet and private area despite being a back house. The only thing is when entering the address in maps, it takes you to the side street and not to the driveway. Our Lyft drivers kept getting directed to the side street. Not a big deal but a little hard to find the place based off navigation. I loved that there’s a little market and convenience store within walking distance. I would def recommend this place or even stay here again

if we have to visit Eugene again, this would be the go to place. feels home.

Part of an old church. So much space for activities. Tons of parking. Lots of privacy. Full kitchen and laundry room, King Bed. 6 minute drive to downtown. Kitty corner from grocery store. I would look for this place if I visit Eugene again. The amount of open space is the biggest sell, you could host a yoga class in the “bedroom”

This was my second time staying with Will and Genna and I can’t recommend Brightwood loft enough. Each time I’ve come has been for the Eugene marathon and it’s walkable to the start/finish line. It’s near an Albertson’s and near restaurants and coffee spots you can walk to. Will and Genna (and Pearl 🐾) are lovely hosts/so kind. Really can’t wait to come back!
