This was everything we thought it would be according to the pictures and write up. Great place for the grandkids to come and visit with us due to the proximity to the beach and the on-site pool and hot tubs. Host was responsive and everything went as expected. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved being so close to the beach and so close to Carlsbad Village; once we parked our car we walked everywhere. So nice to have designated parking, too. The place was very nice, queen bed super comfortable. The pullout bed was not as comfortable, but after layering the sofa seat cushions on the 2nd night it was much better. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked, bedding and towels were high quality. We would definitely choose this unit again. We found it remarkably quiet despite being so close to everything. The team at Sea Breeze is VERY responsive, but even with that we had a couple of questions that never got answered. That did not impact our enjoyment. We walked to State Street and had an amazing breakfast at Wildland followed by some good boutique shopping, then ice cream at Handels; a great rooftop dinner during happy hour at Fresco, and the rest of the time we stayed right on our deck or on the beach at Sea Breeze. Can’t wait to do it again!

Great location and great property. Lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Pacific beach is very close and we found the walk the best part of the stay. Would recommend to anyone who wants to spend some time in this beautiful property

Came here for our family Spring Break get away! We all had a wonderful time! The view is way better in person and the waves crashing at night meant a peaceful nights sleep! Highly recommend for families or group getaways! Fully stocked kitchen was an added bonus!

Great apartment in a prime location. Had everything we needed and coming and going was easy - very nice to not have to carry around keys. Only real complaint was that there was no functioning sliding door on the balcony, so it wasn’t accessible, but not that big of a deal. Other than that, great visit and will definitely be back and hopefully it will be fixed. Definitely recommend!

Lauren’s place was a beautiful place for my family. My kids loved the playground in the backyard. We appreciated all of the beach supplies that Lauren provided. Also, the baby supplies were greatly appreciated so we didn’t have to bring them with us. Lauren thought of everything. We admired all of the different plants Lauren had growing in the home. We all felt at home and enjoyed the clean and welcoming space.

Great place to stay at. In walking distance of the beach, and Carlsbad Village. Great place for a weekend getaway. Quiet neighborhood.

We stayed at Paul’s place over the spring break-LEGOLAND trip, family of four with two young kids. The apartment matched the description and was fully stocked. The beach toys , chairs, towels were an added bonus though it was cold when we stays and not much getting in the ocean. It’s close to the downtown and shops. We loved our stay. As other reviewer had mentioned the warping of the doors were a minor annoyance which we had to help kids close bathroom doors. Would recommend Paul’s place for anyone looking for a place in Oceanside - Carlsbad area.

Home was big enough for our family of 5 adults and 2 kids. Located in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Felt safe. Beautiful yard. Short drive to SD city and top attractions. Would stay again!

Kamilo was super kind, accommodating, and attentive. This little cottage was stocked with all the things we could ever possibly need. The garden path to the cottage and backyard were adorable! We brought our dog and she enjoyed the backyard as well. They even had a bottle of wine waiting on the table as well as some fruit grown by them. It was my first time ever trying a loquat!! The neighborhood was quiet, cute, and safe. We took our dog out for walks in the morning with no worries. The beach is also a quick drive. Everything was great and I would definitely come again.

Mimi’s place really was a treat. Whether you want to relax and enjoy the beach or walk into town for a nice evening, the location allows its guests to choose whatever path they want to enjoy during their stay. Mimi was also very responsive and took away all of the guesswork that can add stress during any time away with family/friends. We would highly recommend this property due to her care for the space, things to do and enjoy within the community it sits in, and and the provisions/communication provided during our trip.

Wonderful and comfortable stay with generous amenities. Loved the outdoor area, the charming decor and complete kitchen. Leanne and Jim are both responsive and personable and we really enjoyed chatting with them. We will definitely stay there again ♥️👌🧡

Very nice place. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and relaxing to be in. Tastefully decorated and really allowed one to settle right in to the beach vibe. Conveniently located steps away from the beach itself, or a 2 min walk to the bay, and near many great places to grab coffee, lunch, and cocktails, and of course all the fun and exciting things to do outdoors. Definitely recommend Cheyann's place when visiting San Diego!

Great spot. Super cool property within minutes from the heart of Carlsbad. The property was perfect for my two small pups; very secure. The accommodations met my needs perfectly. I look forward to reserving this location every time I visit the Carlsbad area. Jim was excellent host.

The host was incredibly responsive and quickly took care of any issues that arose, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The backyard was a highlight—serene, peaceful, and beautifully landscaped. The value for the price was definitely worth it, and we'd highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

The proximity to the beach is really the best part of the house. Being steps to the beach made daily walks along the water and shell searching with kids my favorite part of our trip. House was very clean and felt safe. House is well stocked for cooking, bring your own condiments if you plan on a longer stay. Hosts were very responsive. Finding the house was a little difficult as the garage is on a different street but we quickly figured it out. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay! Everything was very clean looked exactly like the pictures. Jack was always responsive to my questions and any help I needed.

This was our second time staying in Paul & Amy's Carlsbad cottage and it proved once again to be a quiet and comfortable nest during our travels. Bright, airy, well-designed and super comfortable with a fantastic patio and backyard for winding down—addition of a fire pit made for a really relaxing evening. Centrally located with lots to do around, this is the perfect spot for small families and solo travelers wanting a bit of a break from the touristy options. Paul is very communicative and helpful, even sending over video instructions how to work the sauna and fire pit upon arrival— Highly recommend and will return again!

Had come for a wedding and this was the perfect place to stay with friends and get ready for the big event! All listed amenities were present and very clear check-in instructions were given. Corey was very responsive and proactive in giving all necessary instructions so we could have a private and comfortable stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location for access to the beach and local restaurants and centrally located within a short drive to the heart of San Diego. Access to bikes a nice plus for rides along the beach. Unit was clean and comfortable, no complaints.

We booked Suan and Jessica's place for Easter weekend. We had planned a trip to the Flower Gardens and Legoland in Carlsbad, both of which were less than 20 minutes away from where we were staying. Not only was the place conveniently located, it offered us a spot to enjoy our family's company and dedicate our time to our grandaughter. We barbecued, watched movies, swam in swimming pool, did our own arts and crafts, etc. We had an overall amazing time at a reasonable price without the chaos and limitations of booking a hotel room. We would definitely book this place in the future if we are in the area.

Wonderful place, easy check in/check out process. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Convenient to a lot of shops, restaurants and only 15 minutes from Legoland. Would recommend and stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Barry’s place. It’s located in a peaceful neighborhood with easy access to many sites in San Diego. The house was very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed relaxing in the tranquil backyard - being welcomed by Barry’s sweet golden retriever, Dorry was a highlight. We will definitely return.

I love that the kitchen was very well stocked! If you like to cook it’s great! The backyard was beautiful my kids loved the resort feel. We visited for a graduation for my nephew from the Marines boot camp. The location was about 20-25 minutes from base which was so easy because you’re close to the freeway! The house was perfect for our stay! The box truck in the front yard was a throw off when we arrived but once inside you didn’t notice it was there. The house is very cute and full of everything you need to have a great stay! Thank you Brian for being a great host!
