Candice’s place was so cute! We loved the aesthetic and decor! There wasn’t a picture of the yard… but there should be because it’s huge!!! That was our favorite part because we traveled with a toddler! The beds were comfy, TVs were huge, and it was clean! The area was also super quiet, we are used to living in the busy city, it was nice to have some quiet! 10/10 would recommend!

This is the BEST. Airbnb I've ever stayed in. It's is perfect in every way. From the sweet doggy greeting to the impeccably clean condition of the home to the awesome fridge (IYKYK) to the beautifully calming fireplace. I could go on and on! Feeling so blessed to have found this gem!

We loved our Spring stay at Kim's! The cottage was wonderful and very close to the location we needed to be on site for! The house was pristine and had everything we needed for a great stay! If we find outselves in Sedalia again we know where to go!

Michael and Cheryl’s place exceeded our expectations for a quick weekend trip! The home was lovely-very spacious, clean, private and exactly as pictured! The location was a short drive to the city and in a very quiet neighborhood. Would recommend the space to anyone looking for a place to stay, and will definitely be back when traveling to the area again!

We stayed here as a large family group ranging in age from 7-84 and coming from various points in Missouri, Tennessee and NY to help Uncle Bill cross off his bucket list item of tailgating and seeing a Chiefs game at Arrowhead. For anyone needing a large gathering space in the KC area, this is it! Perfection! Plenty of space, bathrooms, gorgeous surroundings with so much to do, and the kindest hosts. Two of us stayed in the cabin which we loved. The grounds made for amazing family pictures. We left with treasured memories and talk of returning in summer to enjoy a longer stay and the pool. I think this is the best AirBnB experience we have ever had.

I’ve been here before and I love it it’s so nice to chill and relax. Rhonda went above and beyond and got us hooked up with a fire pit that night we came in after a long stressful trip. We got to hear scratch owls, coyotes, crickets, frogs and some other animals we couldn’t make out for sure. Super quiet and relaxing, my favorite place in Missouri and the only place I’ll go to when I’m headed through the state :)

Gina was amazing to deal with. Her communication and kindness are top are second to none. I didn’t personally stay at the house but my guys said it was a very nice setting, great layout and exceeded all their expectations. Would stay there every time we’re back if it’s available. If you are wanting a quiet country setting, this is the place. It's nestled on a back gravel road with fields all around, however you are just minutes away from main hwy. The owners were great. The house is older, but very well maintained and updated. This home has a lot of charm.

We had 3 families stay at Blanca's place for 4 days. In summary, it was a 5-star experience. The house was very clean, well organized, and furnished to the satisfaction of 3 families who stayed there. There is a large backyard for young adults to play in. The house is only a few blocks from restaurants and only a couple of miles from shopping. So it offers something for all members of the family. Above all, the place has a homey feeling, that you are at home and not a rental place! 100%, I will recommend this house to my friends. Blanca is a good communicator and answers any questions/concerns in the shortest time.
