House was perfect for our needs. spacious, lots of beds, and even toys for the baby. the house looked exactly what the pictures looked like. Very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would really recommend this house.

Eric’s cabin was beautiful and provided a lovely stay for my husband and I. We loved using the outdoor amenities (fire pit, hot tub, corn hole etc) while the weather was nice. It’s nicely secluded but not terrible driving distance to local restaurants and attractions. We greatly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Would highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again.

I am extremely pleased with our choice of accommodation. My children had a wonderful experience, and I appreciated the peaceful surroundings. The provision of a bonfire ring was a nice touch, and the view was truly spectacular. While there was no television, we found alternative entertainment playing pool in the basement. The kids also enjoyed the hot tub immensely. The remote location was ideal for a relaxing getaway, and we departed feeling revitalized and inspired. This ranks among my most enjoyable Airbnb stays, and I highly recommend it. I plan to return in the future.

Mike’s home was absolutely beautiful. My boyfriend and I spent Easter weekend surrounded by beautiful trees, a flowing creek, and the tranquil sound of birds. We couldn’t get over how beautiful the property was. Inside the cabin was just as amazing. It was completely spotless. The kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed. All the appliances were updated and easy to use. The hot tub outside was a wonderful perk! We ended our day there after a long hike and it was perfect and relaxing. Mike was a fantastic host and was quick to reply to any of the questions that we had. He provided wonderful suggestions for hiking and breweries in the area. We had a small issue with the hot tub that he was able to walk us through with ease. He was fantastic the entire time and we are grateful to have been able to stay there. We hope to be back in the future! :)

Terrific little cabin with a great river view. New and ultra clean.

Had a wonderful stay here. The view overlooking the valley was amazing. Was very quiet and relaxing. There is a town across the river with lots of restaurants and shopping if you need anything. Only 15 mins away but you would never know with how remote this cabin is. The host was always quick with responses and super friendly. As we are only a couple hours away will definitely keep this place in my favorites for a relaxing getaway for my wife and myself.

This location is perfect for a weekend away from it all. no cell service and so remote! 😍 It is in a valley so it's more cold naturally. Everything in the home was as pictured. unfortunately for us someone used the gas grill wrong (as charcoal ruining it for us). Lydia was so responsive and was offering to bring us a new gas tank. This is a great couple and a wonderful place. Definitely worth your time in the quiet!

Beautiful home and property! Everything looks new and was clean. The decor was lovely and perfect for a cabin. Plenty of cookware and supplies for cooking. The game room and hot tub were really nice features and kept us entertained during a rainy weekend. There is access to the stream and trails but we didn’t have much luck catching fish. I was a bit disappointed that the dartboard wasn’t working properly but everything else worked well. They even had a cornhole setup. One layout downfall was the kids bunk bed room is next to the game room so we weren’t able to use it after the kids were sleeping. Just something to keep in mind with young kids. They didn’t have regular bed pillows, just the ones with shams that come with the bedding which was odd. We had a wonderful weekend overall and I would definitely recommend staying here. Penny was great to work with and always got back to us quickly.

We had a fun time and this was a great place to reconnect with some old friends. We grilled and had a bonfire without having to worry about being too noisy. Nice river front access and a lot of areas to explore.

We had such a great time at Thomas’s little cabin. He was very responsive. His cabin is beautiful and very clean. The wood stove made it really cozy. We had a snowy day and it was beautiful. We walked up the road in the snow to where it becomes State Game Land. We also went for a hike at Ricketts Glenn State Park which is only ten minutes away.

Everything was perfect, and the house and the property were absolutely beautiful. I'd love to visit again someday!

This place is AMAZING! so well stocked we hardly had to bring anything. Patricia thought of everything. Peaceful quite and relaxing as we spent a beautiful winter storm in the cabin with our dog. Fire outside in the snow, listening to her LP's and the TV system...all just perfect. Will stay again!

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The house was nestled in a peaceful wooded setting along a serene creek, offering the perfect blend of tranquility and beauty. Inside, the house was just as impressive—tastefully decorated and filled with all the amenities we could possibly need. It was the ideal spot to celebrate our son’s 21st birthday while also checking out the nearby Yuengling Brewery. Little did we know, we'd be celebrating another special occasion—we found out we are going to be grandparents during our stay! The weekend was full of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to create such special moments. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home. The view of the water was absolutely beautiful and set a peaceful, calming atmosphere throughout our trip. The location was incredibly quiet, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Our daughter especially loved the porch swing and the upstairs bedroom, which gave her a private space to enjoy. The home was exactly as pictured—small, yet thoughtfully designed to feel open and spacious. The outdoor lighting added a warm, welcoming touch in the evenings. Fishing was a highlight of our trip. My husband caught several large Fallfish and a few trout on our last day, and our daughter proudly caught her second fish ever—her personal best! Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would happily return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway close to nature.

Angie and Dave were amazing hosts! When we arrived at their cabin, they had left then lights and AC on for us, and can't forget the snacks and cold water in the fridge (it was 90 degrees outside). Absolutely amazing hosts! We had an amazing weekend! The HOMS Cabin is the perfect place to get away from the busy daily life and just enjoy the peace and tranquility that comes with the Cabin! The cabin itself gives you a warm feeling and is equipped with all you need, including toiletries! We took advantage of the beautiful weather and went to Ricketts Glen State Park and hiked 7 miles- 22 waterfalls - beautiful! Thank you Angie and Dave :) We look forward to staying at the HOMS cabin again!
