Vacation rentals in Ellijay

I’m tempted to write a bad review so more dates will be available when I’m ready to come back. This was our 2nd visit and it was great again. So much to do without leaving the house. Fishing, kayaking, volleyball, badminton, ping pong, foosball, fire pit, board games, etc. Great price too! The only problem this time was that the WiFi was a bit spotty, even after a couple resets. Probably for the best though! Looking forward to our next visit soon hopefully.

We loved being able to travel with our dogs. The backyard was beautiful we enjoyed sitting on the deck as well as letting the dogs run free in the woods in the back! She was very responsive and a great host.

This is our second time staying here for new years and it was great as usual. It is very peaceful at this property. Very clean and perfect for our group size. We would stay again.

Absolutely wonderful! It was just my husband and I, but this place would be awesome for families or several couples. Lots of room, fun games, well stocked. The views are incredible - so peaceful and relaxing while staring at the mountains and the lake. Highly recommend!

Our Family stayed at the Hacienda Roja for a Christmas Vacation and we loved the place. We had a wonderful time there. There were plenty of things to keep everyone entertained (including teens) and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We didn't even leave the house once we arrived. The house was clean and beautiful. It has an amazing view from the deck. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving, and it was pretty cold, but well worth it. Being on the lake, makes me want to come back, with the boat, in the summer, to fully enjoy it. Great place, and will hopefully be back.

The location was unique and amazing. It was remote and very peaceful, away from all the fast paced norms of life but still close enough to have the amenities of a small town with shops and restaurants. Close to the river where it was great for fishing and seeing wildlife and just a general walk in the evening. Lauren was incredibly responsive and the house itself was great with a great layout for the family and many places to enjoy. If you are looking to get away from the stresses of everyday life (still have wifi if you need to check your emails etc.) this is the place for you, you won't regret it.

Great location! Small cozy guest house. Parking spot was tight for our large 2500 but we made it work. Recommendations were great.

Loved staying at this cute little bungalow in Hiawassee. The river view from the bedroom and right outside the back porch was the cherry on top. The neighborhood it sits in is very quiet with friendly neighbors. The home was stocked with all the right items for everything we needed for a weekend away. Adam was very responsive to our questions. We will always have a special place in our heart for this home as it was the weekend I got engaged on top of Brasstown Bald which is also a must see. Have been asked about this specific listing 6-7 times since we’ve left from my social media video of the place and I’ve sent them all the link. Hoping they all get to experience the same delightful weekend (or longer) that we did. I think we’ll be back.

The Creekside Cottage was very peaceful and pretty! Rochelle was easy to get in touch with. The creek behind the cottage was beautiful to sit by. The kitchen was well stocked and the sweet little snacks were a great bonus! We felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this cozy and modern cabin with breathtaking views. The hot tub is an incredible part of the entire experience. The screened porch is so peaceful to enjoy the outside without bugs.

Upon arrival was great considering i had to come to check in late at night with no problems. Very simple straightforward directions to location. Location was very clean, homey, and cozy. Has a nice back porch to enjoy outside air with seatings which is a plus. We were able to cook meals, watch movies, make desserts, and sleep in a comfortable bed! Me and my girlfriend loved this place so much and exceeding our original expectations.

This was honestly our best airbnb stay to date! The villa is beautiful and view is unmatched. We loved the pool and the fantastic kitchen.

Tree Oasis!! Bird Dog Lodge is perfect for a getaway. Very clean and great when traveling with pets. Bobby is super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend a stay here! We’ll definitely be back!

The place is great for a little get away from the city. Really enjoyed the cabin and had a relaxing time in the hot tub

I absolutely loved my stay here. The drive is definitely hilly but the road is paved, so no problems there. The house was clean and cozy and the beds comfortable. My favorite part was relaxing on the screened porch while the rain gently fell and I could hear all the toads from the nearby pond. There’s some close-by neighbors but the trees afford privacy and the elevation made us feel well above everything. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit one night while we roasted hot dogs and smores and star gazed. The best part of course is the fenced yard. My dog Darla had so much more space to chase the ball than our yard in the burbs and my older dog Gus loved patrolling the perimeter, spying on squirrels and wood peckers. We will absolutely come here again the next time we need a break from the city.

This cabin was a great find. We stayed here for the weekend and it didn’t disappoint. Private lot, play structure for kids and even some toys for them to play with. I will say that I do recommend taking a truck or suv. The road to the cabin is a little bumpy and unpaved but we had no trouble getting to the cabin. We would definitely stay again if we travel back to Ellijay!

The cabin has a cozy feeling and is located nice and secluded at the end of a neighborhood, with plenty of privacy. Due to the weather we did not get to enjoy the outside but the bonfire looks like a great place to sit outside with family or friends. When booking, we didn’t realize the upstairs bedroom does not have a door, although this did not bother us because it was just my wife and I. We would go definitely come back here. Host was friendly and easy to communicate with.

Had a great stay. Super peaceful and quiet, great hosts! Will stay again if it's available when I need to book!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this cabin. A great place to stay for a large family with plenty of games and things to do while on the grounds. The location was also perfect, not too far from things to do. The host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back!

Charming mountain cottage with great living space and beautiful area. Great stay and very accommodating and responsive hosts.

When we first arrived, my husband was trying to play Pac-Man, it wouldn’t turn on, so we messaged Virgil. He responded quickly. We noticed it was a little warm so we turned the air down, only to find out that night that the AC wasn’t working right. Virgil was very attentive and made it right the very next morning. We had cold air again. The place was welcoming and was just as described. Beautiful home. The hot tub was nice. It’s right next to the golf course. We saw deer, Didn’t see any bear. He has books to help with things to do and/or go eat. Great host, for sure!!

The perfect getaway for my husband & I on our honeymoon!! Close to Blue Ridge & anything we needed but also private with a gorgeous view. The kitchen was a highlight for breakfast with a view & the hot tub was so peaceful at night. The hosts were so proactive, easy to communicate with and checked in multiple times. Overall a great place to stay!
