Mike's listing was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. Extremely comfy, very lovely up to date kitchen, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything was spotless when we had arrived and the check in was easy and fast. A very big selling point was the patio, it felt very nice and secluded and the peacocks and view while having a nice cup of coffee in the morning was a great way to start the day. Mike himself was very quick to respond to any questions and keeps the property up to date and very clean. All of this without gouging the bank account for me and my friends made the trip absolutely amazing.

We loved how close this home was to the river and Old Town. It is secluded, and thought close to the train tracks, the complimentary ear plugs helped us get a good night's sleep in the comfortable beds.

Ideal for our needs! Stayed 5 nights. Friendly responsive host. Water pressure is low in the kitchen but didn't affect the shower. I didn't catch that the private suite isn't pet-friendly so we had to rearrange our plans within our group but worked it out no problem - my error but it was clearly indicated at the home to avoid mishaps. Would definitely stay here again if in need of group accommodation. Thanks, John

We booked a last minute stay this weekend and Yuliya was very quick to respond to our needs & messages! The place was beautiful inside & out. As soon as we walked in the place smelled beautifully & was spotless. Despite it being in front of the freeway, we barely noticed the noise & really enjoyed our stay!

Frank Andrews place was very beautiful, nice layout, no smell and they were very cool about everything. 10/10 recommended, would love to stay again.

The bungalow was peaceful and had all the amenities I needed. I loved having a walk-in closet for a week of business in the city. The neighborhood was quiet and not congested with plenty of space for parking. The gravel backyard made it very convenient for dog play and clean-up ; ) Kelsey was friendly and prompt to respond. I look forward to staying there again!

I stay at Allison's place whenever I'm in Sacramento. It is always clean and comfortable. Allison leaves coffee and a basket of little treats that I enjoy after hours on the road. The place is clean and quiet and the yard is well kept and perfect for me and my dog.

Great stay! Patti and Michael’s were great hosts and were super responsive and friendly. The house was exactly as described, clean, and great for the 5 guests that stayed. The backyard was perfect for our 2 dogs. Would recommend staying here to anyone!

Great stay! Was able to accommodate us EXTREMELY last minute for the canyons ultra marathon. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable, easy to get in and out of, located by tons of restaurants and stores.

Very clean and peaceful home. Equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The horses were beautiful to see from the window every morning. They accepted our pets and home was pet friendly- their dogs do roam the property but pretty much stayed away from the guesthouse. Convenient and safe location! Would definitely stay again. It was a perfect place to stay! Located right by good restaurants shopping and in a private little area. The home had everything we needed and especially had a fenced in backyard since we had our two corgis with us . I will be sure to recommend them to family and friends will come to visit. This place was great for a short weekend stay in Midtown. It’s far enough away from the busier areas but still close enough to walk. The backyard space is great for pets or to just be able to hang out and enjoy the trees. Everything was very easy to access and in great condition!

My family and I had a great stay! We felt right at home. It had everything we needed in a quiet area. We would definitely come back when we visit Sac again. The kids loved their kids room and we had a fun time with the variety of board games and great lounge area in the back yard. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Great pitstop on my way up north. Only stayed one night but would have felt super comfortable staying for much longer. Its relatively close to the freeway so we jumped back on the road the next morning with no issues! The beds were very comfortable and the parking in the driveway felt very secure and safe!

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was extremely kid friendly, which was so nice. My 3 year old felt right at home. Check in was super easy and everything was clean. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd be happy to stay again!

This place was perfect for our young family! Having the peace of mind that the space was well-suited for our little one was priceless. Our toddler loved exploring the new toys and books that came with the space. Nhi was super helpful and communicative as a host!

Judy was quick to respond which made the last minute change in reservations easy! No problem with any! The place was very clean and beautifully decorated.

Maria's place was exactly as described. It is a clean and beautiful home. Pool & hot tub were also great! My only recommendation would be to update grill as it has rusted over time, other than that we would definitely be back as my family had a great time, thank you Maria!
