Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Elizabethtown

Perfect house for my family as it was close to the venue we were attending for a wedding. The Host's were quick to respond throughout the entire booking process.

The 5 of us all really liked Alberto's home. It was nicely furnished, comfortable with plenty of seating for us all, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were more than enough blankets and towels. The backyard is very private and Alberto left us some firewood for the firepit which we enjoyed after a long day of walking, sightseeing, and tasting bourbons. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance and the cemetery where M. Ali is buried is basically 2 blocks away. We all agreed that we would stay at this Air B & B again should we find ourselves in Louisville in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay! Anna was responsive and shared information about the area! The property was well maintained and very clean. We were welcomed with fresh flowers, a sweet note, and some yummy goodies too! The hosts went above and beyond the amenities mentioned! I traveled with my daughters (5 and 8) who loved the backyard and we played hours of tag, soccer, and catch together! We loved building a fire and grilling out. Oh and every morning my youngest made sure to say “good morning” to the horse across the street. She named her “Sweet Girl”. This hidden gem is our new favorite spot! We will definitely be back!

We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay. We loved being able to feed and pet the horses every day. This home was the perfect location for our bourbon tour adventure. We would highly recommend!

This was our second stay at John’s home and, again, we were very pleased to be able to stay here again while visiting family in Louisville. John was very responsive when needed and worked with us through our travels woes with our next destination. John is a most gracious and excellent host and the home is just as amazing. Thank you, John!

The place was perfect. It was exactly how it was described and looked just like the pictures. Very, clean. We even had all the tools we needed to cook Easter dinner. Quiet neighborhood. Would recommend over and over again.

Absolutely loved the Place 2B ! Such a modern yet cozy home. It was very neat and clean. The place was fully stocked and very accommodating. The host was so nice and very easy to communicate with.

The weather did not cooperate for our stay but we still enjoyed our siblings and parents weekend. We stayed in quite a bit to play games and visit which was wonderful. There was plenty of room for us to be comfortable. The house was absolutely lovely! Prayers for the community and those affected by the floods.

The communication was easy and timely. We arrived at night with no issues and were very surprised to wake up in the morning and look out the window to giant yards and beautiful fall trees! The amenities were wonderful and the snacks were delicious. The space is very cozy and well taken care of, loved it!

safe and secure. one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. the host was very accommodating and communicative. it's kind of noisy. you can hear people walking around upstairs, traffic, and people making noise in the courtyard. also, the parking garage is very tiny, and will have your heart rate heavily increase if you have a bigger vehicle and/or are not an experienced driver so be ready for that.

This location was great in relation to walking to the Corydon Downtown District. I arrived on the the weekend of the Walk and Wine Tour which was awesome. I've never been to Indiana before and this was a great choice for a weekend stay. Cory was very pleasant and helpful. The Den was clean and the amenities added to the experience. Thanks Cory for hosting my family.

I had a wonderful stay with Bethany. She was responsive and understanding of anything I asked. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was clean as well. I appreciate her letting me stay in her air bnb. I would definitely rebook with her.

Morgan’s spot is in the old Ursuline Academy, which is super cool. The place is spacious and the exposed beams are beautiful. The upstairs bathroom does not have a ceiling and opens up to the exposed beams, so be prepared to hear everything going on in that bathroom downstairs in the kitchen and living room. In addition, the walls and floors are pretty thin. We heard our downstairs neighbor’s conversations quite clearly. We were excited to sit in the courtyard but were bummed to find it under construction. The listing is a typical rental only unit made for rental revenue only and so it lacks some basic amenities. There were only two hangers in the closet. The soap and shampoo dispensers were really hard to tell which was which and the soap appeared to be hand soap, not shower gel. Lastly, for having “coffee” in the name of the listing, we were disappointed to find only four pods for three people for three nights. Morgan still deserves a high rating, but needs to work on the details.

Marrianna was a wonderful host and great with communication. She was able to accommodate our late check in and was helpful with recommendations and making sure we didn't need anything. The house was as described and we appreciated that it was so reasonably priced. We'd stay here again if we're in the area.

This is the bottom basement apartment. I unfortunately did not read the post description very well in our hurry, so I was confused when we arrived. lol no fault on the host tho. Very clean, spacious, and relaxing back yard. Huge kitchen also. Host is very kind and responsive. I would suggest to check that the door separating the top and bottom floor is locked when you arrive. We had an incident with the door not being locked and our pup let himself through to the other guests accommodations. Other than that the neighborhood is super peaceful and quiet. Lots of space for kids and fur kids to play outside. Continent to E-town, radcliff, for Knox and Louisville. Favorite part of the house is the adjustable bed 😍

Good Place to stay.

Our stay was amazing! The cabin was exactly as described/ matched the photos. We were looking for the perfect getaway from our busy lives and this exceeded expectations. Such a charming cabin and pavilion! There’s a great bunkhouse, however with it just being the two of us and the pups we didn’t need to utilize that. Though I can imagine it’s perfect for bigger groups/families! Location is great for hiking Mammoth Cave National Park and checking out some of the Cave Tours! We had an amazing time and highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

30 minutes from the Mammoth Cave Visitor Center. Overall, great location. We loved soaking in the hot tub after hiking in the park. Really nice place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay when visiting Mammoth National Park.

We have stayed here multiple times and plan on coming back soon. I love the peaceful outside surroundings. The deck and fire pit are my favorites but we explored the wooded area for the first time this visit and it was beautiful! We were there during severe weather and Lee Ann even offered to let us come to their basement if we were worried. I cooked several meals in the cabin and had everything I needed. She even had a coffee grinder for our coffee beans…but if you prefer pre-ground coffee or keurig, she has that too! Seriously love that this place is only 45 minutes from home but is such a peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of Louisville. Thanks again, Lee Ann! We will see ya soon!

Very good stay! The property was perfect for my friends and I. Rachel went above and beyond as a host, providing great communication. Would definitely recommended staying here!

The Captains’ Cabin is a cozy and comfortable place to escape one’s routine. Our hosts provided an unexpected welcome tray and had the fireplace ready to light. An amazing, historic home beautifully redone.

Book this NOW! If you are a solo traveler, traveling with a dog or bringing the whole family this is the place to stay! Mammoth Cave National Park is very close but honestly you don't even need to leave the property. The hiking trail and waterfall/cave onsite was more impressive than Mammoth. The lake is stunning and everything about the property is very well maintained. The cabin was fantastic, great mattresses and a real shower head! Check out the guidebook link before you come! Especially the part about the GPS running you in circles in the park, you will have no service at the park and the ferry was closed due to high water. I referenced the guidebook Dagmar created throughout the stay. Loved the Cee Bee for groceries and Webb's for burgers & ice cream in Brownsville The cabins are close enough that a solo traveler has safety but far enough to have plenty of privacy and quiet. Would recommend coming during daylight hours for arrival to get a lay of the land but after that it's easy

I had a wonderful stay at this airbnb in Kentucky! The place was super cozy and everything I needed for a relaxing winter trip. The hosts were welcoming and responsive too. Definitely a great place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!
