This place is great and Phyllis is a great host. It's clean, quiet. A little oasis in the funky town of T or C. I've driven by the town for years & finally decided to stay. Well worth it. The rooms were ample & clean, the spa glorious, and entire experience very relaxing. Will definitely return.

First time using Airbnb and Rick made everything super easy for me. He made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The home was very beautiful and super clean. Patio was relaxing and had the perfect ambiance at dark. Property is fenced in which was a huge plus for me and the lake is very close by. The whole experience was just wonderful. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

The property is very unique! The turtle tank aka hot spring was fun and we soaked multiple times. I wish there was more outdoor shade as the weekend we visited was unseasonably hot and relaxing outside would have been amazing on the two huge patios the property has.

This home was so beautiful and filled with so much vintage charm! As a first time visitor to Truth or Consequences it was the perfect home! Nice and comfortable and close to everything in town! Chris was a chill and kind host! Looking forward to returning soon!

Better than expected my family and I felt right at home, blankets, pillows, towels were provided. Kitchen had pots and pans to cook and items to use. Great spot, looking forward to booking again

A one of a kind place in the heart of T or C. Very quiet. The attention to detail was almost overwhelming in a good way. Original (good) art on the walls. Each space was very well thought out and functional. This is the only place to stay in T or C through my experiences in the town. A jewel within a jewel. The living space within this special town. Great location and incredibly clean. House is well put together and stocked with essentials. It was easy to check in and the instructions were good but if we hadn’t been in a 4 wheel drive, we would have been in trouble, follow their instructions about getting there. We had to leave early because our dog got hurt and couldn’t manage the floors which were a bit slippery and we very much appreciated Michele working with us on the cancellation. We would absolutely stay again.

My husband and I wanted to get away to the lake for a few days. April's home was cute and comfy. We cooked all our meals on the outside grill. We especially enjoyed the massage chair! April was responsive and friendly. We appreciate her kind hospitality. The home was a 3 minute drive to Lion's beach. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Place was great with easy access for boat parking and outside power to charge boat batteries. Very close to the lake and boat ramp. Will stay again!!!

We had a wonderful time, it was very peaceful and quiet. We loved how close of a drive it was to the beach at the lake and also enjoyed nightly bonfires under the stars.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb to close out 2023. The location is perfect to explore the area and the view of both the lake and the stars at night is beautiful. The house was super clean, private and comfortable, and Victoria went above and beyond with amenities, even adding a bottle of bubbly to help us celebrate NYE. She was a responsive host and made everything really easy. We can’t wait to come back again soon.

Great for dogs and boating adventures. Good yard size for turn around

This casita is beyond fabulous. The weather was perfect so we were outside in the mineral springs hot tub every afternoon. So enjoyable. Beautiful view. The big bonus here here is the window wall of the Casita overlooking the Rio Grande. Can sit right on the couch and enjoy the river and wildlife. Yep, binoculars right there available. Anything else one could want is readily available too. This is the most well stocked Air BnB we have experienced. Sally & Ken are very warm and welcoming. If you have a chance to schedule this Casita...do it...you will have a most peaceful, private and pleasant time. Thank you Casita Del Rio for an A-plus stay.
