Monthly Rentals in El Verano

We loved the house. Great location. Well stocked. We had a few issues with things not working properly. The host was able to have them taken care of. Lovely backyard. We were there for 21/2 months. Will gladly return in the future. I highly recommend this beautiful cottage.

Audrey's house was absolutely perfect and exactly what we were looking for! We enjoyed the garden that circled the house and the inside was incredibly clean and organized. It had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Audrey was very communicative and gave great instructions for us to get into the house given we arrived in the dark. We had no issues at all and would highly recommend! We will definitely be coming back!

Such a unique guest house in a beautiful setting. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the gardens and pool due to weather and our schedule, but would definitely come back just to relax in the gardens. We enjoyed a relaxing fire in the fireplace and appreciated the heated floors. Good proactive communication from our host, too.

We were guests at Theresa's for 5 nights. It was cool and rainy, so we had the chance to use the gas fireplace, which provided cozy warmth indoors in the evenings. The outdoor patio is lovely, too, and it offers a quiet refuge for grilling or enjoying morning coffee. Located in a residential neighborhood within easy driving distance of the historic Sonoma square, Theresa's guest cottage offers visitors a chance to experience what it's like to live in this area as well as an opportunity to tour its many historic sites, wineries, and beautiful nature preserves.
