Sometimes five stars was not enough to properly rate this place. We came for a four-day weaving workshop at Tierra Wools in Chama and this place was just 10 minutes away. It is in the quiet community of Brazos and was in such a picturesque location especially after the two snowfalls we had. The house was warm and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. The internet worked fine (many of the other airbnbs in the area did not offer wifi). This nicely restored and decorated old adobe was the perfect escape after a long day in the weaving workshop. We also really appreciated the covered parking area when leaving in the morning after a night of snow.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming Airbnb in Chimayo. The space was beautifully designed—quaint yet thoughtfully put together, with a cozy, comfortable feel throughout. The beds were especially comfy, and we slept incredibly well thanks to the quiet, peaceful surroundings. The views were stunning, and we really enjoyed wandering the serene grounds and soaking in the history of the place. Secure parking and inviting outdoor living spaces made everything even more relaxing. The host was kind and welcoming, which added to the overall sense of ease. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a restful, scenic getaway.

My husband and I visited the property towards the end of the off season. We really enjoyed the peaceful setting, and we loved the amenities the property had to offer. Pagosa Springs is a reasonably short trip from this location, and there a few fun things to do in and around the town. We chose this location because of the privacy and its location in the mountains. The cabin is beautiful and well maintained. I highly recommend this location to anyone searching for a peaceful location in the mountains to add to their itinerary.

My friend Maggie and I stayed here for a few nights at the end of a southwest road trip. It was a dream, we didn’t want to leave! Lauren’s casita is clean, cozy, and has everything you need for a memorable and restorative stay. We especially enjoyed the fireplace in the bedroom, the well-stocked kitchen, and the beautiful surroundings and decor. Lauren was very friendly and accommodating. We’ll definitely be back!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The area was beautiful, private, and peaceful. It was a great place to get away and just relax and unwind. We will definitely be booking this place again. We highly recommend staying at this beautiful cabin.

Apple Maps got us there precisely! Directions from the host were also helpful. A big plus was that Nicholas' home was fragrance free. No scented fabric softener was used on linens so it was very comfortable. The host is very thoughtful and you'll see that in the many and small amenities he provided. We loved the cozy feel as we drank hot cocoa ( that was provided by the host) and watched it snow. The heat stove kept everything nice and toasty, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was spotless. We can't wait to go back!

I couldn’t speak enough about this home. It was exactly what we wanted and expected for a holiday getaway. We had 4 people and you could easy have had 2-3 more without being over crowded. It was such a wonderful home feeling if you’re looking for a place to get away. We had everything plus more than we could ask for when having to remember to pack things. The neighborhood is EXACTLY what you want when you are looking for a mountain getaway. We had deer walk right up to us and eat out of our hands. The Brazos River is walking distance and that was amazing! I couldn’t say enough how wonderful it was! Don was super attentive and gave clear instructions for everything and anything around us! Definitely worth booking and staying! I wanted to rebook on the way home!!
