This place is amazing. It is very central to Puerto De La Cruz, and while it does get loud from about 8pm to 1am, it is otherwise quiet and all you hear are the waves. while there are many restaurants with wonderful food and fair prices nearby, the kitchen is fully equipped. you are 10 m away from the beach, where you can peacefully sunbathe, or swim with the oversight of lifeguards. you are about 10 minutes away from spacious albeit dusty parking, with the area and parking being safe and clean. Jose is a wonderful host, very kind, and very responsive and informative. see you next time Jose!

Apartment is well equipped. You have a beautiful view with the wonderful sound of the waves. However, I would recommend Oropax for sensitive people, as you can also hear the beautiful sound of waves through closed windows. The unit is very well maintained. Only the walls are quite thin. The neighbors in the apartment on the right next door like to talk in the evening and you can listen to them. Overall, I would definitely book the place again!

We had a pleasant stay at Heike's apartment. It is nice, comfortable and very well-equipped. It's as described. We felt very comfortable with the very warm and friendly Carmen. The clean apartment had everything you need for your stay. From the terrace you can actually enjoy the sunset in the evening as shown in the pictures. It is not far on foot to a large supermarket and to the shopping street with small shops and cafes. Puerto de la Cruz is a walk away. By car, all hiking areas (Teíde, Anaga and Tenogebirge) are easily accessible.
