Monthly Rentals in Dry Run

Great stay, nicely decorated, spacious and comfortable. Apartment is easily accessible from public transportation. Amazing host! Communication was great. When I had a minor issue come up, Jameela made it right very quickly.

Our son, a student at UC, experienced an unexpected extended medical stay at UC Medical Center. My wife and I were in need of a conveniently located extended stay opportunity and Patti’s condo met all of our needs. The condo was modern with all of the necessary amenities, and was minutes away from the hospital. Patti was a proactive and responsive host, ensuring we had everything we needed and could focus on our son’s health.

One of the nicest & cleanest places that my family has stayed at! The kitchen's fully stocked w/essentials, condiments & extras than your avg Airbnb. It's kid friendly w/children's utensils, plates, bowls, sippy cup & step stool, that our 6 y.o. son happily utilized. The unit looks nicer in person & had everything we needed to make us feel comfy during our stay, which is nice cause I'll forget a few items. (I wish more Airbnbs had the same standards as Shy's.) The cafe below has good food & coffee. Note: On the weekend mornings you can hear the cafe bustling below. There are parking spots behind the bldg & an overflow lot. It's a safe neighborhood & walking distance to a UDF gas station/ convenient store. There isn't a central heating/cooling, so the temp isn't consistent. You'll need to keep the air purifier running at mid speed or you'll notice a musty smell when you return, if it was warmer that day. We def recommend Shy's place & look forward to returning if we're ever in the area!

I just stayed at cozy cottage for the second time because it's so perfect! there is great backyard for our two dogs. Tracy is so thoughtful and a wonderful hostess!. Will be back again when we're traveling through the area in a few months!
