Monthly Rentals in Downtown Des Moines

Love the place! Awesome apartment with a great view!!! Really close to many bars and restaurants - would recommend it to anyone staying in Des Moines.

We absolutely loved it here & would definitely stay again. Perfect location & many restaurants & venues close by. Great to have a guaranteed parking space too

Dan's apartment on Airbnb was as good as it appeared on Airbnb. The apartment was: --spacious --modern --super clean --well-laid out It looked so clean and modern that I wonder how long ago it was renovated. I'm guessing recently. The location was pretty good. It was an easy walk to the Pappajohns Sculpture Garden, which was nice, and several good restaurants. Parking seemed like a bit of a hassle at first until we figured out that there was a public parking garage next door, and an indoor skywalk took us from the garage to the elevator to the apartment. (The skywalk system in Des Moines looked pretty extensive.) There might be some advantages of being a bit closer to the Capitol building. The neighborhood was a bit more interesting close to the river. But the location of the unit was pretty good. Also, Dan was a super host. He was always responsive and very nice--among the best Airbnb hosts that I've had. Overall, a very good experience: I highly recommend this Airbnb.

We had a great stay. Very clean, had everything we needed. Able to walk to restaurants, coffee, activities.
