This funky studio is just minutes from downtown, UT, Neyland and Thompson-Boling. It has a fully stocked kitchenette complete with a beverage fridge, microwave and hotplate. The studio is attached to a larger house, but is completely locked off and private. It also has its own parking and entrance.

This lovely 900 sq ft house is tucked into the rolling landscape of East TN on a 60 acre farm. 2 bedrooms (1 king bed and 2 twin beds) 1 bathroom with large jacuzzi tub and separate shower, living room with wood burning stove, full kitchen, dining nook and a relaxing porch surrounded by beautiful catalpa trees. I do allow pets. The fee is $10 per pet per night. I also have horse accommodations available (stalls or paddock) at $25 per night per horse.

There is a separate entrance, private bathroom with washing machine and dryer, a private kitchen, and a living room area connected to the bedroom. There is a King bed, with a pull out twin bed from the couch, a twin bed air mattress is also available. The owners live in the apartment above with two kids and dogs who are on the property with an invisible fence away from guests.

Note- Douglas Lake is operated by TVA and water levels will be lower from October to April so the boat launch and docks will not be accessible by boat.
