I had a comfortable stay. The apartment had all the amenities along with a washer and dryer which made it convenient. Easy check in and check out process.

Great location with lots of shops right in the building downstairs and area is full of places to visit.

love this place and also the location that near Lotte Mall.. The apartment is spacious, has 4 bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms.. very nice and clean room. The host also very helpful and easy to communicate with. The down side only how hard it was to do the check in, I need to wait an hour for the check in procedure. Hopefully this check in procedure can be easier and quicker next time. But overall, we love this place.. Thank you very much

But this time, during a short trip to Hanoi with a friends, I finally got to book her listing myself—a little surprise I was truly looking forward to. And it did not disappoint. In fact, the apartment became a highlight of our trip, even though our stay was short. The space looked exactly like the photos—if anything, the living room felt even more spacious in real life. Everything was spotless, carefully maintained, and what I personally loved the most were the artworks sourced by Nhung herself from Northern Vietnam, crafted by local artisans. Vu instructions were clear and concise. The only issue we had was no toilet paper in all the bathrooms and the bottom toilet was leaking. However the host was responsive and provided us with TP the very next day. Overall great accommodation for a large group
