The unit is spacious. The patio is big and the area is very quiet. Cooking in the kitchen was convenient. There are good restaurants within 5 - 15 minutes away along with grocery stores. Denisa was helpful and responsive before and during my stay.

We loved the space! Ralph and Frank were fantastic hosts! They were responsive, friendly and very accommodating! The whole place is wonderful, but the pool area is heaven! It is your own personal space and very relaxing. I highly recommend this place!

wow! I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay. Reece and Kay went above and beyond and I'm so thankful!! I really wish I could have stayed longer but was only in town a short time. the homemade mango ice cream they left me in the freezer was incredible!! I am so lucky I booked this place. highly recommend!

Carlos was a great Host , everything I needed was provided and he was just a message away if I needed help ! Also the place is very beautiful and private !! DEFINITELY would come stay again

It was a perfect place to stay! Such a convenient location and at an amazing price. We were able to walk to and from the beach, local restaurants, and stores within 5-10mins. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this home. The pool was fantastic, and the space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The only challenges we encountered were the lack of a railing for pool entry, which made it difficult for my parents, and the surrounding noise in the area. The house also seemed to be near a workshop or yard work area, and there were a lot of dogs barking. While it didn’t bother me, it was bothersome to some in our group. Overall, it was a beautiful and relaxing stay, and we truly enjoyed our time here.

Everything was amazing Hosts were amazing. They truly accommodated us with our early arrival. This house was absolutely immaculate. When you walk in, you can actually smell how clean the entire house is. I saw reviews that others had issues with the construction going on. We had no issues with noise. If you are outside on the pool having a good time, you don’t even know they are there and the house is pretty much sound proof, so you do not hear them while you are inside. I would definitely want to go back. Thank you both for your amazing house

We just finished our stay at this location. This place is awesome. The pool and hot tub were clean and heated. We wanted the pool a bit warmer all it took was a call to Ron and within minutes the temp was up. We never yet had a host to be so available regardless of how many times you call or message him. We had an issue with our scheduling and Ron was very understanding and accommodative. It's a great place and a must see! Thanks Ron, we appreciate all you did.

Cute little spot that accommodated my family well. Loved the open garden space and that the property was gated. We felt very safe. The apartment was clean and beds comfortable.

This was a great place for 8 adult ladies to stay attending a conference. Beds were super comfy, AC nice and cold, and the home is spacious! Three bathrooms were definitely helpful for all of us women! We were also grateful for the beach chairs and towels provided! This house is only a 10 minute drive to Pompano Beach, which has public bathrooms, and many restaurants along the strip. We didn't interact much with the host bc we didn't need to.

Great stay and super responsive host. The place was as described and close to great restaurants. You must go to Jaxon’s for ice cream! Clean and private! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed Lidia's place. It was clean and there were little add ons, like shower caps, make up wipes, enough washing liquid etc... There was lots to do for the kids as pictured, mini golf, basketball, warm pool, pool table, slide etc... Inside the house was perfect. The neighborhood seemed a little seedy as first, however we met the neighbors and they were super sweet. It is close to many amenities, Publix, TJMax, a gym etc... All in all we were very pleased and will stay again.

We recently stayed at this lovely apartment in Sunny Isles, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The clean, modern, and thoughtfully decorated space creates a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The large windows let in tons of natural light, making the apartment bright and airy. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and convenience stores, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, quickly addressing any questions I had and offering great recommendations for places to visit in the area. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer in the apartment was a major plus. The building also offered secure parking, which was a bonus in this area. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Sunny Isles. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Excellent place to stay. The pool and backyard was nice, and the bathrooms were also great. The spaces in the front and back yards were private and nicely decorated.

We loved our beautiful ocean view 2 bedroom apartment. It was squeaky clean and we had a $1M view. The staff were super nice and very helpful despite being busy with spring break travelers. As others said, it can take awhile for the elevators, but if you plan ahead, it’s not so bad.

Reanna was really friendly, and responded quickly. The property is beautiful, and we really loved the privacy given by the gates whilst also being in a nice neighbourhood close to things we needed.
