Vacation rentals in Darlington Point

We stayed here for a stop over between SA and Sydney and although we only stayed one night this stay exceeded our expectations. From the moment you walk in the cottage is so cosy, styled beautifully, incredibly well cleaned and with so many beautiful touches like Sheridan linen, diffusers and fresh flowers that make this such an incredible stay. The bottle of wine and breakfast items were so unexpected and appreciated. The fully fenced backyard and porch was great for our dogs and the location was in walking distance to some lovely restaurants and cafes. The home has premium cookware and appliances and really has everything you could possibly need for a longer stay. I couldn’t recommend this stay more highly and would love to come back for a weekend away!

Justine’s place was absolutely perfect! Super cute, cosy, and the ideal nook to unwind after a long drive. The bed was incredibly comfy - one of the best sleeps I’ve had in ages. Everything felt so welcoming and peaceful. Bonus: there’s a delicious Italian restaurant just around the corner! Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our one night stopover at Wendy’s place. A very cosy cottage, beautifully decorated, felt like home. Lots of very personal touches, fresh fruit, bread, eggs, milk, selection of breakfast cereals. The bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept on. Would recommend to stay here for sure. Our doggie loved running around in the front yard.

We had a fabulous stay at Sue’s place. The accommodation was beautifully clean but also felt comfortable and felt like being at home. Sue was very helpful. Beautiful touches like cookies and chocolates. The home has so much history and is in an excellent location. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you Sue and John

Anne’s home was clean, spacious, warm and homely, with all we needed. We felt very welcomed and comfortable, and were delighted to see numerous goodies waiting for us on arrival (eg. wine, various breakfasts, biccies). my family and I loved the location as it was in the middle of town so we could all come and go easily/often, whilst also enjoying coming home to our airbnb to hang out or to finally rest after a big day. Anne was easy and lovely to communicate with and her home was magic - we will be back!

Very nice stay. We were there for two nights and only really needed a place to sleep, but this place was so much more than that. In fact our only regret was that we couldn’t spend more time there! The place had a very charming feel to it. It would be the perfect getaway destination from Sydney or Canberra. I will definitely consider booking again should I be travelling that way again.

what an absolute gem of a stay! we were very comfortable there with a family of 4 (kids 9 and 10). we walked to the Bidgee for dinner, and enjoyed a walk around the town, spending ages chatting to the bookstore owner selecting new books for our holiday. The place is a short drive to the wetlands and koala walk and historic railway bridge, all highly recommended. The street wasn't noisy, no evening shenanigans (which can sometimes be the case when staying in town). We were blown away with the quality of the fit out, the attention to detail in how the place is stocked. I would 100% stay here again.
