Monthly Rentals in Cottontown

My daughter and I found that Howdies’s Cottage was the perfect place for us during our visit to the area. Michelle was a great host as well as a very thoughtful host. There are things that she provides her guests that I’ve not seen at other Airbnb’s that I’ve stayed at. It’s such a peaceful place and the area is sooo beautiful!!! If we’re in the area again I’d definitely book with her!!

Austin was a great host. Very responsive and made it easy for us. Their family has a desire to share their beautiful property and they steward it well. 35-40 minutes from downtown Nashville but this property is private, quiet and serene in the rolling hills of TN.

Not only was this place, inviting, comfortable, and so well decorated the host was correct when she said we wouldn’t wanna leave! The pictures don’t do it justice and the surroundings are just so peaceful. My husband and I sat on the back deck sipping on a glass of wine for at least two hours the first night! The decor was beyond adorable we even took notes and pictures as ideas for our future dream home. The the best part was the Scriptures and feel of warmth around the cottage. Airbnb‘s can be hit and miss, but this one was a perfect, 10! No doubt! Clean, cute, everything provided, over the top host care, and the best comfy bed with the nicest warmth of light coming in! Shannon was absolutely wonderful! She can be seen walking the property doing tasks to keep it beautiful (but she gives you space) Shannon is the type of person you want to sit down with and talk for hours with. She is a very hard worker and you can tell she truly cares about the people she lets stay. I didn’t feel out of place at all and she even set my favorite music when I walked in, the kitchen is much bigger than expected and it was amazing cooking in the mornings. Her cats Roam the property sometimes and they are so cute! The toilet was not as scary as it seemed and the water gets Hott!! It was nice taking a shower in the space with a good sized tub. You wouldn’t have even guessed that dogs stayed in the space because it was clean and tidy. I truly do recommend her space and she is so stinkin sweet! We even ate at a restaurant she recommended De la Paz.
