Monthly Rentals in Cornelius

This was a great place to stay! Home was exactly as we expected, clean and tidy. It is in a quiet neighborhood close to lots of shopping. Beds were super comfortable. There are lots of linens available including sheets, blankets and towels. Kitchen is very well equiped. Checkout instructions very simple and easy to follow. Richard is a great host and responds quickly to any questions. My family and I had a great relaxing stay and would definately stay here again when in the area.

We really enjoyed our time at Sylvia’s place. Clean, tidy, private, quiet, comfortable. Her instructions on accessing the apartment were excellent and we had no issues or problems. We would definitely return to Sylvia’s in the future!

The place was just like the pictures - beautiful out in the country. The apartment was very comfortably arranged with the necessary kitchen appliances. Bathroom was nice and roomy. Couldn't have asked for anything that wasn't already there. Host was very pleasant and willing to help with anything.
