Condo vacation rentals in Clearwater

This was our second stay with Tina and we were very pleased that we were able to go back. The condo is ideally situated and has all of the amenities you need. We had a great stay and hope to go back in the near future.

The tiki themed suite is absolutely magical! Walking in was such an awesome experience for my family! We loved the decor, sounds, smells and views but we especially loved Chief the parrot! Chris explains everything you need to know with great detail, no questions go unexplained! We really enjoyed the onsite restaurant & bar too! The sunset should not be missed! We can’t wait to go back!

The number one thing is that this has a beautiful view of the water out of the living room sliding glass door/window. The living room is large and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is functional to take care of yourself. The washer/dryer work well and have good capacity. Probably the only complaints are the parking is somewhat limited especially for a large SUV. The TV is not a "Smart" TV so I had to go out and buy a Roku to be able to watch shows. I never figured out how the cable worked. One can hear the road noise from the causeway, but surprisingly, it didn't keep anyone awake. Richard is easy to work with and responded fast to our numerous questions. I look forward to staying there again.

The condo was great. Impeccably clean and provided everything you might need during your stay. It was excellent value for the rate. It was also a very short and simple drive to get to Clearwater beach. I would definitely go back.

The condo was beautiful. Clean and spacious. Lots of amenities. Close to the public beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. Plus David ordered a perfect week of weather for us! Wonderful.

The bnb was in the perfect location close to restaurants and shops as well as stocked with beach chairs, a cooler and more to complete our beach experience. Scott was super accommodating to our travel needs! Highly recommend and will be back!

What a score! I was traveling through the area and needed a place to stay w my kids. I was hoping to find a place where we could enjoy the gulf. I feel like we got more value than we expected- the view was beautiful from our balcony, but added bonus was the little beach, pier and outdoor restaurant across the street. So awesome to not have to get back in the car and have all these sites in our backyard. Don’t miss the sunset! The unit was small, as described, a little larger than a normal hotel room w more room to eat and the bonus of the balcony. Rent from Tony for a great bargain- I appreciate that places like this exist. Affordable yet lovely. Btw- my kids loved the pool, the playground across the street and all the little lizards, birds and fish. Great to have the kids busy enjoying the space rather than stuck on their screens!

Great accommodations for a 3 night stay. Nice view.

Lisa was a great host, and was super responsive when we had an issue with the laundry machines. She had them replaced within the day, and was great about the situation. Would love to stay in her place again, and can't wait until we can can get back to St Pete Beach.

Perfect spot for our family of five to relax and enjoy the beach! The location is so close to restaurants and the beach, really enjoyed everything! It’s nice that they have beach umbrellas, beach toys, and many other amenities.

Great location! Just a few short steps from John’s Pass with lots to do. Everything was just as described. Would stay here again.

Great place for a quick and easy getaway vacation. Perfect across the street from beautiful beach. Pool seemed a little smaller than picture but was good size. There were pool crowds at points but not bad at all. And right next door to BOGO margaritas all day :-)

This condo worked great for us. The pool, hot tub and beach were perfect for our 4 grandkids ages 10-14. The locked storage closet with beach chairs, etc. was very convenient. We could also leave our beach supplies there throughout the week which kept the sand to a minimum in our unit. The wagon for hauling things to the beach was so helpful. It was nice to have a keyless entry so we weren't trying to keep up with keys. The view is beyond description. The sunsets were beautiful from our living room and balcony. The beach was not crowded in front of our building. As I walked down the beach in front of condos with many more rooms I appreciated this 4 unit building even more. Daniel was very quick to respond when we had questions. He was there every morning cleaning the pool and straightening the area. We noted how clean the outdoor shower was where you can wash off the sand. It was a perfect week and I hope to return.

Well, where to start! Firstly, it’s not very often that the pictures and description of a property don’t do it justice. A true pice of paradise. We even survived our first hurricane!! But it wasn’t without the help of hosts, being extremely responsive, helpful and going the extra mile. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Clean, open space. Was plenty of room for 3 people and a dog. Convenient parking and beach access. Walking distance to many shops and dinner spots. Park across the street to take dog out. Pool was nice and warm even at night.

We had the best time & the location was just perfect. We saw dolphins every morning from the balcony & a manatee 1 morning. We def come back.

We had a great stay at William’s property. He was greet work with! Will book again for one next stay.

The pictures tell it all. Great balcony especially - lovely Florida community. Private, quiet, clean - two nice bedrooms completely independent with separate bathrooms. Perfect place to stay!

My family and I stayed here recently and absolutely loved the place and the location. We had to book it last minute after our other Airbnb cancelled 2 days before the trip. Joyce was very helpful and kind which was a relief after booking it such short notice. It’s right on the beach and the condo was super spacious, clean, and homey. We had easy access through her thorough and well communicated instructions. Absolutely no complaints. We hope to come back to the area and would stay with Joyce again! Very

Great unit across the street from the beach. The photos matched the amenities. We felt right at home. Everything was fresh and clean. The neighbors were friendly. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, towels, and cooler were provided. Nice restaurants and market were within a 10-15 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay here.

BEAUTIFUL condo! Extremely impressed with how clean and well designed the condo was. We loved the stunning sunset views from the relaxing balcony over looking the water/bay. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a homey Christmas dinner! Thank you Joy and Sol, we look forward to booking again! Despite the fact that the condo building is still recovering from Hurricane Helene (the elevator and pool needed repairs and was not available to us); we still had a wonderful vacation at Samuel's condo! Large and spacious place, very clean, all the comforts of home. The location was perfect...the beach was steps away; restaurants and stores- a short drive. We absolutely loved our stay!
