This place is unbelievable! The home is very clean, the host is friendly, and the kitchen has anything one could possibly need. The beds are comfortable, and the home provides plenty of space for spending quality family time. Worth every penny! We have family in Parsons and usually stay in a hotel when we visit, spending most of our time at the homes of our local family members. For this visit, we came for a funeral service and wanted to unburden our aunts and cousins from having to host guests at their own homes during such an unexpected difficult time. It worked out perfectly and every time someone thanked us for renting the home, we knew it was money well spent.

Loved the location. Very clean. Always prefer the air bnbs to the hotels in town.

Loved the details like: Slippers for us to walk around in, filtered water in the fridge, HOT water :), nice clean bedrooms with luggage racks, noise machine and oil diffuser, quiet neighborhood, plenty of towels and blankets available, some exercise equipment set out for use, and smart tvs to enjoy our favorite programs! We really appreciated it all!

I stayed here before. I also stayed at one of Kim's other places. She showed me a new place as well. I appreciated the no cleaning charge. I sure hope people treat her places nice so she and her husband can keep offering the same. Good luck Kim!

My wife and i were visiting from the UK to meet our friend who was involved in the William Inge Theatre Weekend. The cottage was perfect, very peaceful and lovely surroundings. It is also within a short drive of the amenities in the town of Independence. Thank you.
