The communication with the host Marie were quick and the check- in process was smooth. Marie gave us simple and detailed instructions. The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfect for the three of us. The bed was very comfortable, and the air mattress provided for our third guest was quick to inflate, though the pump was loud. The kitchen and bathroom were clean, with a convenient Jack and Jill layout. The location was about 10 minutes from groceries, coffee shops, and restaurants, and 25 minutes from Tempe and Mesa, with minimal traffic. Overall, it's a great place for a small family.

Ben’s place is a jewel. It’s pristine and everything is curated to provide the best experience. Ben pays attention to details for his guests. I stayed for 2 months and enjoyed the place very much. The location is convenient to businesses and expressways. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Ben is very responsive and thoughtful, probably the best host I’ve encountered. I plan to stay there again.
